Polite, comfortable and convenient.

Beautiful view, very easy to reach and above all very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location in the center of Pisa. Highly recommended.

Good location. Historic building, badly managed.

The only thing to save about this B&B is the central location and a good quality of the windows that isolate from the noise of the street and the square, I do it on the river is very suggestive. For the rest no positive note from the cleanliness to breakfast everything is somewhat complicated, the room for two days of stay has never been redone or replaced the towels changed and cleaned. Hair stuck to the bathroom brush and dust on the toilets. Pillowcases with dirt halos, lack sheets both in the bed for the child and in the double bed are thrown two duvets even in the self-service breakfast duvet bag with bottles of water already opened by previous guests for the price paid the place is not worth sincerely a two-day holiday with a child was really difficult. Not to mention the bags of dirty stuff on the landing in front of the front doors of the B&B.

To be avoided

My recent stay at this property was, unfortunately, far from the standards that a guest should be able to expect.
Upon my arrival, the room was presented in disappointing condition: the cleanliness left much to be desired and, in the two days of stay, no one bothered to make a tidying up or a change of towels. The dust-laden plastic seedlings were the emblem of neglected maintenance. Even more unacceptable was finding the duvet cover without the top sheet, a detail that denotes little attention to hygiene and guest care.
The bathroom, equipped with a fan as noisy as it was ineffective, made any moment of relaxation impossible. As for breakfast, it is difficult to define it as such: an assortment of packaged products of mediocre quality, served without any presentation or attention, which leaves an impression of total lack of commitment.

Disappointing

We arrived to find that there was 4 flights of stairs with 40 kg of bags room is clean but looks like storage room bathroom across the hall. There is a water pump that runs all night and day if I didn’t have ear buds I wouldn’t have got any sleep. Would I stop here again definitely no.

Great location clean

On the third floor of a building in Piazza Cairoli with a view of the Arno in a strategic position for the Luminara festival in June.
Managed by a very kind Ahmed who responds promptly advising on access to parking and restaurants in the area.

Breakfast to be reviewed given the rather high price
