An experience to repeat in the heart of Pisa

A wonderful stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa, taken care of in every detail. The rooms offer ample space and a truly welcoming atmosphere; the beds, moreover, are very comfortable!
In the morning an excellent breakfast awaited us, capable of satisfying all tastes.
All the staff we met, from the reception to room service, were always smiling and helpful.
Finally, the location is truly perfect: in just a few minutes on foot you arrive directly in Piazza dei Miracoli. An experience to repeat!

Great location for Pisa tower and over key sites, good breakfast with lots of selection and outside shaded area for eating. Offered a small range of pre packaged gluten free options for breakfast.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location- lovely high ceilings , great sized room for us and our 2 teens. Staff were lovely and friendly and really enjoyed the little gardens outside .

The Hotel has a big problem because if you have a neighbour above you can hear all their steps. Likewise you are confronted to hear all of a sudden lots of noises like elephants walking around until midnight and after 5 in the morning which interrupts your sleep. You can try to explain this to reception but the fact that practically there are new guests each day makes it difficult because there is no house rule.
I cannot recommend the hotel, not even for free.

A day in Pisa

Hotel with a lot of charm and very well located, a few steps from the Piazza del Duomo, which allows you to enjoy Pisa comfortably and have the main places of interest at hand.
The breakfast is very complete and offers a good variety of products, perfect for starting the day with energy before going out to discover the city.
The rooms are spacious and, in our case, we stayed in one of the patio rooms, so we did not have any noise problems and were able to rest peacefully.
The hotel team is friendly and attentive, always willing to make the stay as pleasant as possible.
An ideal option to enjoy a pleasant stay in the heart of Pisa.
