Lovely, spotlessly clean comfortable room. Buffet Breakfast was great cooked bacon and eggs as well as every other imaginable cold breakfast items. The two ladies that work the desk and oversee breakfast are so lovely kind and helpful.

What you expect from a 3 star hotel - but no AC in any of the rooms!

Location is right near the two train stations, which is good if you are staying in Pisogne as a travel base. You can walk to many restaurants, etc.
The room was a bit of a disappointment and ucomfortable in early June when the weather was hot because the hotel does NOT have air conditioning and is forbidden from installing AC, they tell us, because of environmental regulations. They do place electric fans in each room which helps somewhat, but several people in our group did not sleep well in the heat.
Breakfast is average for hotels in this area, with a good basic selection of foods. Coffees are individually made at the bar for you, you have to ask for them. Truthfully, if I were to return to Pisogne, I would look for a different hotel.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay!
Anyway, we feel a little confused because our Hotel is in Pisogne, but not next to two stations (there is only one in this village and it is ten minutes away from us); we DO have air conditioning in every room and our breakfast buffet includes two different self-service coffee machines.
Nonetheless, we appreciate you took time to write your review and we thank you for being our guest.

A hotel where you will gladly return!

The location is ideal, just a stone's throw from the lake and the center of Pisogne, perfect for walking and discovering the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a good rest.
The breakfast is really great, varied and quality, served in a cozy environment. But the real strength is the Welcoming of the property: kindness, helpfulness and sincere attention to guests who make you feel at home.

Beautiful experience

Don't let their underrated description of the property influence you! The hotel has been completely renovated, attention to detail, the furnishings are not modern that would be tasteless here, they evoke the good times, but the best comes when you open the door of the room, I speak for 302, the „Wow“ effect is guaranteed. Beautiful, spacious and overlooking the side lake, a gentle awakening. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower, also excellent the hair dryer really one of the few functional. Everything is spotless, cared for and well followed, Simona the daughter is very accurate and professional but the mom will amaze you, a real lady of the old days, from here you can understand the good taste invested in the hotel

WE fell in LOVE with this town and this hotel. Staff super friendly and caring. Walking distance to everything and the views....the views. thank you!!!
