Entertainment staff disappointing, inexperienced, and rude.
In the bar area, a cover is missing, both for hot days and in case of rain.
Excellent cuisine, the head waiter Fedele and all the waiters very kind, efficient, and helpful.
The bar staff is also very kind, in particular Rossana and her daughter Chiara, the lifeguards friendly and very attentive.
Beautiful sea, not Caribbean but beautiful.
The sore point: the entertainment. A very low level, a group of arrogant and also rude kids. I have visited many resorts but never one this bad, the resort manager approximate, no commitment nor ability for engagement and dialogue, evening entertainment insufficient.
