Friendly hotel.

The hotel is clean, the bathroom missing bidet. The room is cozy, but the bunk bed lacked protective bar to the top bed. The view from the room was mountain side I recommend the second floor because in the restaurant there can be events with music.
Breakfast was good and you ate well at dinner. and the price is good.

Not good

Back from Sicily I stayed in this hotel.
Small and badly smelling rooms, bathroom without bidet.
The restaurant offers a typical but very rough cuisine, first course and full of oil.
Long waiting times, rude staff average prices.
There's better around at that price.

If you have small children do not go there

I state that I have known this place since I was little, my father, a truck driver, often stopped for lunch and sometimes even slept there. Nothing to say over the years, we always ate well and we always enjoyed it. Returning from Sicily to Lombardy, we stopped to eat something, from the beginning the staff seemed annoyed, but we are all tired so we fly over. I have a 2 and a half year old girl, who was initially watching a cartoon on the tablet, they asked me to turn down the volume, of course I agree because it does not seem an absurd request, quite the contrary. The problem happens when my daughter was banned by us parents from playing with cutlery and started throwing the usual tantrums of a 2 1/2 year old girl. Now I don't want to doubt that it's annoying to hear a baby crying, but if you can't even tolerate 5 min, maybe in the restaurant description insert that children are accepted only if they are amoebas who don't speak, because I was asked to calm the child because the guests had complained about my daughter's screams. It is not with a snap of fingers that children calm down, especially at a certain age and if they have been forbidden something. We left everything on the table and in any case the bill was paid in full for the order requested, despite not everything had been consumed, indeed only one plate was consumed in full. Basically if you have children a little lively look for another place. Ah and the money you have taken maybe try to spend it on an empathy course since you work with the audience, why be told and what a pain when a request is made even not. Maybe change your profession

bad experience

very old place and are visible great signs of wear in any part of the room
broken furniture, dirty, lack of bidet floor etc. ruined
The shower is disgusting and surrounded by a bad curtain
expensive and bad restaurant, not to mention that they charge the covered even to those who stay
ditto regarding the price of the hotel, too expensive for what it really is

Friendly and helpful staff
You eat very well the rooms are spacious and clean the only thing the blanket a little dirty
Also great for tonight in tranquility and fun at the same time there is a spacious parking for the rest everything Great
