Excelente alojamiento bien ubicado, suite muy acogedora, trato excepcional.
Nuestro alojamiento aquí ha sido excepcional. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado, tanto cerca de la estación de tren (a unos 5-10 min caminando), como de las ruinas (lo mismo, unos 10min a pié). La habitación era estupenda, muy bonita y amplia, con los detalles muy cuidados, muy limpia y con todos los servicios. Cama grande y cómoda. Aire acondicionado, televisión, secador de pelo, balcón con mesita y sillas para desayunar con vistas al Vesubio, tendedero...
A destacar la amabilidad de los propietarios, desde el primer momento hemos tenido muy buena acogida y comunicación, nos han traído cada día un desayuno buenísimo y abundante, siempre interesados por nuestra comodidad y bienestar. Además nos han dado buenas indicaciones tanto para visitar los yacimientos arqueológicos, como otras zonas de la ciudad y actividades.
Le doy un 10! Lo recomiendo totalmente. Mil gracias!!
Il nostro alloggio qui è stato eccezionale. È molto ben posizionato, entrambi vicino alla stazione ferroviaria (circa 5-10 minuti a piedi), e le rovine (lo stesso, circa 10 minuti a piedi). La camera era fantastica, molto bella e spaziosa, con i dettagli molto attenti, molto puliti e con tutti i servizi. Letto grande e comodo. Aria condizionata, televisione, asciugacapelli, balcone con tavolo e sedie per fare colazione con vista sul Vesuvio, stendibiancheria ... Per evidenziare, la gentilezza dei proprietari, dal primo momento lì, abbiamo avuto un'ottima ricezione e comunicazione, ci hanno portato una colazione eccezionale e abbondante ogni giorno, sempre interessati al nostro comfort e al nostro benessere. Ci hanno anche dato buone indicazioni sia per visitare i siti archeologici, sia altre aree della città e attività. Gli do un 10! Lo consiglio vivamente. Grazie !!

They will profit on your misfortune - there are nice places with better people
Due to the COVID 19 situation, my trip was cancelled and I requested a refund from them or at least a flexibility to change the date. First, they lied stating they can't cancel because Booking.com will charge them some penalties, however, Booking confirmed to me and them that they will not charge any penalties. After that, they wrote to me back saying: "89 EUR don't make us happy but are so important especially in this period in which, as you can surely understand, we are not working so much. " and decided not to refund me nor to reschedule my reservation.
I believe it is necessary, especially in these difficult times, to remain a decent person. I won't die for losing 89 EUR, but for sure they won't get rich from taking this amount from me, however, I would rather leave my money with someone else in the future and I am sure many other people would do the same after reading this.
So many businesses from the hospitality sector went bankrupt due to COVID restrictions where nice people lost their businesses or jobs. This is not a place with nice people but thieves and liars, who are happy to profit from the unfortunate situation.

Il cliente ha prenotato senza cancellazione gratuita, per poi pretenderla una volta impossibilitato a viaggiare.
Alla fine, per bontà d'animo, gli è anche stato rimborsato l'importo totale del soggiorno, che assolutamente non gli sarebbe spettato.

Si Fantastico
The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and made sure our stay was comfortable. The apartment was lovely and had obviously just been newly done out. The breakfast was served on the terrace and was excellent. The host tailored it to our requirements. She was also very helpful with giving us local knowledge too. The hotel is in a fairly quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to he Pompeii ruins entrance. Its is however quite far to walk from the Pompeii scavi train station. Also there was no hot water so had to have coldish shower each morning!

Vacanza indimenticabile
Tre giorni stupendi passati nella bellissima Pompei, anche grazie alla scelta di pernottare in questo suggestivo e comodissimo B&B situato nel centro del paese a due passi dal Duomo e dagli scavi.La gentilissima proprietaria ci ha accolto come già’ fossimo di casa e la stanza o per meglio dire il mini appartamento è stato quanto di meglio mi potesse aspettare. Bellissima l’atmosfera e la possibilita’ di poter uscire senza dover prendere l’auto, ritrovarsi in pochi passi al centro di tutto. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Un piacevole soggiorno
Ho soggiornato con amici presso la struttura gestita dalla simpaticissima proprietaria Rosaria. Le ampie camere sono perfette anche per gruppi più numerosi come il nostro. La posizione inoltre è ottima: a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, dal santuario e dagli scavi di Pompei. Consigliato.
