Family trip to Italy
The apartment had a good location. We rented two rooms. In both rooms, the showers were dirty, there was hair in the beds, and three out of five rooms had stained om the bed line. There was mold in the refrigerator. Overall, this was not a satisfactory experience.

Can’t review the room as we could not access it! We arrived there around 6pm, note that in the booking confirmation we received we were told that the check in started at 3pm and the reception was opened from 4pm to 10pm and no mention of needed a code!!!. Arriving at the 4th floor we rang the video bell several times without any responses. We asked a lady coming down from the floor above if she was familiar with Sanctuary room check in process. She confirmed that no she was not and help us by looking online for the website of the company with the phone number ( note that no phone number was provided to us as part of our booking confirmation). My husband called the number from their website twice and both time the phone was put down without any responses. After one hour waiting and none showing up or answering the phone, following a long day which started at 2am that morning, we decided to book somewhere else before the phone battery died. When we arrived at the new accommodation, we were able to charge our phones and log on to internet for the first time since arriving in Pompei. Until 7:30 pm I did not had access to my email / messages. When I noticed that I had a message from sanctuary room. The message sent around 4:30pm asking us to contact them for the room with a different phone number that the one on their website. Too little too late we already paid for a new room. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK

room not enough to stay there!!!
it is not possible to think that customers should be placed in inadequate facilities in poor condition.
1st problem difficulty in contacting the manager and check in is in home automation without the presence of a person who checks with customers the state of the room.
We finally get directions to get in but on the phone.
2nd problem We enter the room has beds that look like beds but above all the double bed had lost a foot, it was arranged with a metal bracket sighted at the net higher than the other 3 feet with the result that the bed was sloping.
3rd problem we access the bathroom the shower is broken the pipe disconnected from the shower head so you can not wash and after hours of travel was the first thing travelers would have wanted.
4th problem the whole wall is peeled with mold and patched with concrete
Mold reigns supreme among the tiles, the sink, the wall, the interior of the shower and in all the joints of the sanitary and walk-in shower.
Contacted the manager on the phone promised to send workers and fix everything by 6 p.m. plumber cleaner who would scrape mold and it is not clear if even a carpenter to fix the bed that hung all to one side so if you lay down one in fiano to the other who is on the right slides towards the person on the left.
Obviously at 18:30 after some calls that we were waiting for someone to come to see the situation, we did not see anyone so we were forced to book another hotel and request a refund of what was paid. the manager justified that it had just reopened ... but what kind of justification if it has just reopened expect at least that the works have been done to make it decent!!! even no!!! these managers must do something else and not take tourists by the nose. check in without the presence of a manager creates too many problems because the lack of a manager does not allow the accommodation of the shortcomings.

Couldn't get access
Could not get into the accom!!!!
Very bad communications with the host. Couldn't get hold of the key code to get in and had to try and resolve through Agoda.
No wifi details.
Someone's stinky dirty shirt left hung up in wardrobe and was not my size and not really cool either.
On the entrance to the rooms, looked like someone had swamped as there was a pile of yellow stained bedsheets outside a room.
Hardly any loo role left.
Lamp hanging off the wall.
Not worth the money and headache tbh!!

Very bad accommodation.
Very bad experience. Shutter windows break everything shut. No hot water to douche. Small WiFi password. Owner not available.
We wanted to stay longer, but cursed after 1 night.
