Super nice place

beautiful view and is in a very nice place. beautiful between the mountains and you look out on the lake. they have a nice pool with a large garden. Pour nice drinks and very nice owners. Rooms are basic and clean, some have a terrace or balcony.

Deplorable customer service. Refuses a free cancellation request after letting the request drag on for more than 24 hours. No email responses, no contact, just a refusal

Nice place and well cared for, owners available to large spaces both in the garden and in the room where sunbathing and children can play, convenient to have a restaurant just below.

Hotel was good. Just avoid the restaurant under the hotel.

Hotel was good. Plus point for the location and friendly staff there.
The restaurant under the hotel was a big disappointment.
The owner (or manager) is a very arrogant young man.
He was standing in front of us and would not look at us (ghosting), answering our questions through the poor waitress, who was embarrassed with the situation.
In the end, we drove approx. 100meters and had a nice dinner at the camping place, just in front of this restaurant.

Dear helpful people, And living room

Well maintained hotel with friendly owners, Beautiful view from the garden with plenty of sun loungers in the beautiful garden. Pool is in need of urgent renovation. Breakfast is fine, what you expect from breakfast in Italy, good price for a transit. We'll be back.
