A prison-like facility! Terrible is a compliment.
The breakfast and dinner were of low quality, the food was scarce, the menu was ridiculous, including buttered pasta, the staff was sad and not at all smiling, and the managers were unpleasant and sleazy! The summary of the vacation? (400 dollars a night for a nightmare vacation) never again! I advise everyone against it! You should be reported.

Half board unfortunately to forget.
The big weakness is the half board, whose menu is offered at 35 € per person, excluding drinks. Every evening, on a proposal of 2 appetizers, 3 first courses and 3 main courses, only one appetizer, one first course and one second course changes, while everything else always remains the same.
The portions are also perplexing: one evening I was served about 20 orecchiette, while the “chop with chips” indicated on the menu is regularly served cut in half. When asked for fruit as an alternative to dessert we were told that it was not available.
What is even more perplexing is that the hotel also has a restaurant open to the public, with a good kitchen, which uses the same kitchen. It is therefore difficult to understand why half-board guests are given such a limited and repetitive offer.
It is not a matter of abundance, but of quality of service and relationship with the asking price for a 4-star hotel.
Really a shame: location and cleanliness are from 10, but half board is absolutely not on the same level.

Hotel at the end of the beach, well located.
Very smiling and helpful staff.
Impeccable cleanliness.
Varied breakfast, good and different every day, with the option to request eggs in the kitchen.
Small caveat: the beach umbrella and lounge chairs are extra.
