Amazing!!!!!

This place is absolutely amazing! A gorgeous terrace with see view. Only a few steps away from the most gorgeous sea, as blue as in the Caribbean, beautiful dunes and white sand beach! It is very clean and if you need anything Mario is always here to help. He is a sweetheart!

Not a self catering facility.

What is not clear is that you are renting just a room and a bathroom. The kitchen and sitting area is common space to be shared with 3 other rooms. Add to that the huge sign telling people cooking is not permitted! When it rains the entire area floods badly leaving you to wade through god knows what to get to the beach boardwalk. 24 steps to get to the room. Maid service is excellent and beach is nice but not spectacular. Rental agent threatened me with a $50Eurp surcharge for coming in later than I originally anticipated!!! We were 30 minutes later than we originally indicated! Hot water heat leaks in the bathroom. Mosquito haven

Place is next to punta prosciutto beach... What they don't tell you ..there is garbage everywhere around the beach. Never seen anything like this..very upsetting that people would just dispose garbage anywhere. Could not use the kitchen because of ant infestation! They responded with a can of raid spray for us...yah right. Also, they forget to mention no linen towels or bedsheets are included until after you book. Then they slap you with extra fees. Not good business practice in our eyes. Won't recommend this place or anywhere near these southern towns. ( Garbage everywhere ! ) You were warned !

Relax totale sul mare

Spettacolare struttura nuova sul mare a ridosso delle dune x poi accedere al mare circa 1 minuto a piedi sei nello splendido mare. Nella struttura ci sn 4 camere al piano 1 fantastiche adiacenti ad un terrazzo sul mare.Al piano terra ci sn due appartamenti completi di tutto cn 2 camere indipendenti con sala cucina perfetto x famiglie , spiagge libere ed attrezzate a nn finire, il prezzo dei lidi privati sn circa 30 euro al giorno 2 lettini e ombrelloni. Mare pulitissimo ed accessibile a tutti.Personale professionale e attento alle varie esigenze degli ospiti, la colazione sul terrazzo, semplice ma comoda se nn si hanno molte pretese altrimenti a 20 metri c e un bar.La location si trova precisamente zona La Punta di punta prosciutto, a pochi km di auto (6) c'è Torre Lapillo e ancora più avanti Porto Cesareo luogo molto turistico ma un po' caotico. x eventuali esigenze a Torre Colinena a circa 5km vi è un piccolo Market ,poi ristorantini ovunque.

A due passi dal mare del Salento.

Ottima location situata a due passi dalla spiaggia di punta prosciutto. Stanze nuove e tenute bene, pulizia ineccepibile. Equipe professionale pronta a rispondere ad ogni desiderio del cliente. Da sottolineare la comodità del letto e la privacy. Consigliato.
