Excellent hotel strategic location
Nice and clean hotel. We booked two weeks at the new superior rooms are fresh both with Bellaria conditioning and without really spacious bathroom beautiful marble shower very clean every day! Friendly hotel staff always present and ready to advise you. Excellent beach Service included attached to the hotel immediately on the beautiful pebble beach I would say the most beautiful on the island after Samson which is still 10 min from the hotel reachable by car or free bus d in front of the hotel. Hotel parking included convenient. The only flaw poorly soundproofed rooms you hear everything! And pillows a little low! Large beautiful terrace and sea view with deck chairs and umbrella! Hotel in the center of Portoferraio strategic location to even arriving by ferry you are already there! Recommended and close to the legendary rotisserie Ruggeri where you can save money by dining and having lunch divinely

Embarrassing for a 4-star hotel
I thought I would find the best of hotels given the 4 stars, but instead, the room we had was a real disappointment. I understand it was an economy room as they call it, but for $160 a night without breakfast, it was embarrassing. Air conditioning adjustable in theory, because in practice the thermostat comes off the wall, the bathroom with a shower without a tray with plastic doors that flooded everything, faucets full of limescale, and TV channels that kept coming and going. I will grant two positive things: a large terrace and the central location, but this does not justify what was charged. We stayed one night then we ran away

Hotel Crystal
Nice hotel in the center of Portoferaio and close to the pebble beach. Modest prices. Large apartment with balcony with sea view. Good breakfast but not very stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pleasant return
Great location, right in front of the beach of the gravels from which separates it a beautiful public park, convenient because quite close to the arrival of ferries in Portoferraio.Sempre pleasant to be guests in this structure, of which we are customers anni.Personale correct and kind, helpful and ready to meet the needs of the customer, primarily the receptionist Mrs. Alessandra, and also Mr. Francesco, with whom we had telephone contacts.Efficient and nice even the ladies who perform cleaning.We chose the formula residence, apartment on the top floor, spacious enough despite being a studio, terrace with sea view strepitosa.Cambio linen every 4 days, well cleaned and absolutely silenziono.Nei dintorni restaurants and pizzerias .Possibilità to leave your luggage in storage at them both before and after check in.In all these years that we were their guests we never found any negative effect; only thing to report is the absence of a lift, so recommended with reserve to those who have important problems deambulazione.Naturalmente recommend it and we will be back.

EXCELLENT HOTEL - What about: WE COULDN'T ASK FOR BETTER THAN THAT.
Stay in Half Pension - Clean and well furnished rooms, with terrace equipped with two deck chairs, table and chairs, drying rack. Daily towel change. Friendly and very helpful staff, they gave us good advice to visit the beautiful Island of Elba. Breakfast with variety of sweet and savory, fruit yogurt. Cappuccino/coffee excellent. The hotel is located very close to the port of Portoferraio and 50 meters from the beach Le Ghiaie (wonderful sea), umbrella and sunbeds included in the price. Through the hotel we rented a scooter at a good price (also the agency staff very friendly and helpful). Dinner at Restaurant le Sirene (located in front of Le Ghiaie beach): you eat well and admire beautiful sunsets. Grazie a tutti per averci fatto passare una bella vacanza!!!! ... ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!!!
