Rooms clean but very small and with a tiny closet.
One afternoon we were resting when they knocked violently, I opened and the lady who had greeted us very kindly on arrival, shouted at me badly that I had dared to move the curtains out of the windows (to avoid the sun without closing the window)." They are tents that cost a lot, put them back immediately" he said among other things, I was amazed by the rude way I replied that I would do it, "But Immediately, understood!" replied the lady, treating me like a rude child. (I am a lady of a certain age).
I did not know how to react, I avoided meeting her closely and unfortunately I will certainly not return.
(In the corridor hangs a sign telling guests to vacate every day, not only on departure, the rooms by ten to allow cleaning.

A dream location!
Many rooms have a wonderful sea view from which you can enjoy a priceless sunrise! (see photo).
The hotel has made simplicity its signature style: the rooms have all the necessary comforts without overdoing it and so also the breakfast (which some comments define as improvable) in my opinion is complete with everything but without waste, you can choose between sweets and savory foods, juices, yogurt, all of high quality.
The reserved internal parking is very convenient.
The hotel has an internal pizzeria restaurant, with a simple menu but with excellently cooked local dishes.
The staff is very competent and kind, the owners are courteous and helpful and their son demonstrates unique professionalism and courtesy: even though he is young, he demonstrates the competence and seriousness of an expert entrepreneur.
A special mention to chef Ignazio who, in addition to cooking in the restaurant, gives you a good morning with his breakfast, he is an exquisite person of rare kindness and friendliness.
Finally, a note on bed and bathroom linens, not the usual stiff white sheets and towels usually found in hotels, but colorful, quality linens like we might find at home.
In all this we do not underestimate an unbeatable quality/price ratio.
For me it is the ideal place for a dream seaside holiday!
