A Bed & Breakfast in Molise to return to

The property is clean, very cozy and personalized by the owners (which makes it pleasantly familiar). It is conveniently located, close to a supermarket, a pharmacy and various catering activities. The owner is very helpful: he loves his region and passionately advised us what to see, proved ready to meet our needs and help us in a difficult time. Thanks again Mario.

Absolutely to avoid: total lack of respect and non-existent management

We stayed overnight for two days and I will try to be as objective as possible.
The room is without infamy or praise: nothing particularly serious, but nothing that makes you say “I would go back”. There is a bit of moisture and, above all, not very comfortable mattresses and slats. Even the shower leaves something to be desired, with the water coming out flush, making it not pleasant to use. As for the room, I still leave the personal evaluations to the reader.
Unfortunately the real problem concerns the management by the owner Mario. In some situations there is a complete lack of protection towards the customer. In our case, we returned around 11 pm finding the parking completely occupied, so we queued up to the other cars already present. At 1:58 am the owner sent us a message asking to move the car, a message that we obviously read only the following morning.
Result: we found a plastic road barrier on the roof of the car, put up by a very poorly behaved neighbour. All without any support from the owner, who instead of managing the situation or protecting the guests, has completely secluded.
In light of this experience, I can say that many previous reviews are unfortunately true. Personally, I recommend evaluating other properties in the area.

Welcoming structure, and the place where you can breathe air of welcoming scents and familiarity of home . comfortable and warm room .Mr. Mario good and very kind, knows how to put customers at ease .a sincere thank you and see you x another occasion

B&B, very nice, the owner Mario, very nice, helpful, makes you feel at home, clean rooms, some with terrace, space available to hang out the laundry, a very quiet place, a stone's throw from Neuromed, reachable on foot

Very relaxing

Excellent location.. quiet and relaxing surrounded by beautiful countryside and situatated not far from Neuromed hospital.. I personally recommend it also for the cosyness of its rooms.. a friendly enviroment and always available for any request or problem.. Ideal also for a quiet weekend away from the stress of everyday City Life...
