Very good

This is my first year going to this property in Praia I have always been at the hotel Germania but I was shocked by this hotel an impeccable staff plentiful breakfast with continuous baking linens there is a flaw spotless towels without even a car every day the room was cleaned in no time but efficiently and excellently congratulations 5 stars deserved

1960s-style small boarding house

Fake three-star, dilapidated hotel,
rude, dirty places, nonexistent breakfast, positive note proximity to the sea and pedestrian area, towels and sheets washed by them who knows if sanitized risk of illness. Give it a good cleaning and a nice renovation.

Bad experience

Very high price (120 € / night) for the general conditions of the hotel and the services offered .. decadent structure, small bedroom, wooden fixtures, in the bathroom wobbly toilet tablet, tv so small that you can not see anything, dirty balcony floor, there is no fridge in the room (the request to store two freezers was answered no)..mai more

Why don't you invest???????????

It 'a shame that such a structure has still remained stationary in the 90s, rooms equipped with the strict (strict) necessary, zero soundproofing, still having the external doors made of wood, cleaning staff without any respect, because at 7 am to make an absurd mess in the corridors, calling each other from side to side as if they were alone in the hotel, procuring a nervous awakening even of the child.
The only positive note was the breakfast which was really quality and also the lady at the resaption, really nice.
The location is excellent, you are in the center of the square and a stone's throw from the sea

It's time to renovate

The structure is located a few meters from the sea and the main street of the town. It's a shame that everything is in shape 60 years after its construction. The time has come to modernize. This certainly cannot be compensated for by the availability of the staff
