An Enjoyable Family Stay

We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel. The staff were always very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We had an amazing time and really appreciated the warm hospitality throughout our stay.

Improvised and irresponsible staff... not suitable for the hotel's standards.

I wish to report a clear organizational deficiency on the part of the SPA of this 5-star property. On August 5th, I made a request for three treatments as an external client. At 7:20 PM on the same day, I was guaranteed a definitive response within the next 48 hours. Unfortunately, the deadline passed without me receiving any response or update. I believe that a facility of this category should show greater professional seriousness and respect for the needs of its clientele. The failure to manage the reservation raises strong doubts about the overall efficiency of the service. Decidedly unsatisfactory experience.

Fairy-tale marriage proposal

In the stunning setting of Piccolo Sant'Andrea, I was proposed to. An experience taken care of in every detail: they reserved a table for me decorated with flowers and prosecco in the most beautiful corner of the venue, from which wonderful photos were taken. They took care, with my fiancé, of having the bottle chosen remotely, they took care of the flowers, and they took the beautiful liberty of making a heart with petals at the feet of the proposal table.
The evening ended with a superb dinner, everything exquisite and wonderfully taken care of.
They finally offered us a little treat, a gift from the chef in the shape of a little heart, to give us their best wishes.
We will definitely return to experience a weekend of serenity and taste.
Compliments to the staff and the very nice maitre d'.

You must stay here!

We love this hotel so much! All of the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful with everything! The food and views are also amazing here. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again!

This place was PERFECT!! Location perfect, views were million dollar views from the rooms, hotel restaurants, hotel pool, everywhere. We loved it here. Staff was amazing. We often stay at St Regis, Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton hotels and this hotel is on par with those in reference to views, staff, etc. This place is a smaller boutique version of those. You will love it
