Stayed one night while touring the Dolomites. Location is fantastic, set in the village with easy walking to the local shops and restaurants.
Staff were so helpful and friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The buffet break was good, plenty of selection and it was lovely eating it outside looking up at the mountains. Only slight negative is that the room didn’t have aircon and we were there during the heatwave. Apart from that, great place and would stay again.

Cleanliness, courtesy, good food

Great experience in this property located in the town center. Very close to the bus station and the shuttles to Latemar and Paneveggio Natural Park. Clean room, breakfast stocked and varies from sweet to savory, good dinner (also presence of buffet always stocked). The portions of the dinner are not exaggerated so you can order all the courses. Very courteous and helpful Service. They do not have a Covered garage but some parking spaces near the Hotel. Equipped with a lift and small spa (which we did not use), they give a gift voucher x an ice cream to each guest in the adjacent ice cream parlor, always owned by them (good choice of flavors, very good ice cream and generous size). We also thank you for the great advice and suggestions on the paths to do with our daughters. The only flaw is the bath / shower in the bathroom (impractical for small children or the elderly) and the absence of a window always in the bathroom (perhaps it was a feature of our room).

Bad experience

Lady at the reception rude and unavailable. The customer must be treated well, ma'am, otherwise he won't come back, in fact you can't see us anymore and neither can our friends who were with us

Stay absolutely to be repeated

We immediately felt at ease spacious room bright and spotless, cuisine with typical dishes and not very well cared for and appetizing an appreciation to ice cream of artisan production very good
