Entering this place was like opening a parenthesis of authentic pleasure. You eat with taste, really: the portions are plentiful without losing in elegance, fresh and carefully chosen products, and each dish tells a cuisine that knows how to enhance flavors without forcing them.
My Easter menu was a continuous surprise. From the initial hospitality to the dishes served with courtesy and sincere attention, everything contributed to creating a welcoming, almost familiar atmosphere. Each course had a precise balance, a scent that invited tasting and a quality that was already perceived at the first bite.
A compliment from the good palate goes to those who know how to transform simple ingredients into flavors that remain impressed in the kitchen.
An experience that deserves to be remembered and relived.

A place of the heart that allows you to experience Salento at the top
A wonderful discovery. A structure that define B & B is very simplistic.
Comfort and cleanliness at the top. But even more appreciated is the welcome. You feel immediately at home and it is just like family that you are pampered, with care and attention that are rarely found in accommodation facilities.
The rooms are fresh and perfectly soundproofed. The quality of the dishes served at the Trattoria below is also high, where typical Salento specialties are served.
The breakfast served at the table is excellent and plentiful with attention to every request.
Flagship: the swimming pool that allows moments of pure relaxation surrounded by the park of ancient trees and the song of cicadas. Sincere thanks to the owners Salvatore and Desdemona for the affectionate care they gave us but also to Simona and all the family who made us feel really at home.
What about: a place of the heart.

The B&B Da Salvatore in Presicce was a very pleasant discovery. Breakfast is a real strength: abundant, attention to detail and prepared with fresh and genuine products that tell the authentic flavors of Salento. I also had the pleasure of dining here, and the experience was just as excellent: characteristic dishes, quality ingredients and special attention to every course.

An oasis of peace
We spent a wonderful week as a couple in this wonderful place, a real piece of paradise in the heart of Salento. Salvatore and Desdemona are exceptional hosts: attentive, helpful and able to make you feel at home from the first moment.
The property offers free and closed parking, a beautiful swimming pool and an atmosphere of relaxation and silence, ideal for getting away from routine. It is also an excellent starting point to visit all the most beautiful destinations in Salento.
The cuisine is simply exceptional: all homemade by them, from dinner to breakfast, with fresh produce and authentic flavors. The attention to the customer and the family atmosphere make the stay even more special.
We stayed in the annex, comfortable and just twenty meters from the pool, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Also perfect for those traveling with children.
We look forward to returning. Highly recommended!

Nothing to say, enviable location combined with excellent typical Apulian cuisine....
We stayed a week in this beautiful b&b located in the heart of Salento, a few minutes from the famous local beaches. Well, overall experience to be repeated without a shadow of a doubt. Staff, starting from the owners Salvatore (who is also the chef) and Desdemona, kind and friendly, private and nice location among the well-kept greenery, clean and tidy pool, good and plentiful breakfast, comfortable rooms and finally a top cuisine that embraces typical local dishes and not. Che dire, a presto....
