Had a super stay
Good service and a lovely outdoor area. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. The room was clean and nice but very cramped; we also had issues with the shower, as the water pressure kept dropping. We stayed in an upstairs room with a hot tub. There were two sunbeds, though we would have liked a standard table and chairs on the terrace. Otherwise, it was excellent! A simple, straightforward breakfast. A slight downside was that breakfast was listed as 7:00–10:00 on both the website and booking.com. This was an important factor for us when booking the hotel, as we had a long journey ahead the next day. This 2qs very stressful.
Food and drinks at the rastaurnt/poolbar were very expensive. Considering the standard, it was arguably a bit overpriced, but fortunately, the great service made up for it!

Sleepless night... Never pay in advance.
I usually don't leave hotel reviews, but this time I consider it important given the dishonesty of the property.
We stayed one night at the property.
Excellent welcome and a very nice property. Very kind staff.
We were asked to pay in advance and they do not accept American Express (which provides protection against disputes and fraud).
Our night was a nightmare. The safe beeped all night and we were forced to take it apart and carry it into the garden in order to sleep.
Then the electrical system overheated and started making a very annoying noise that we had to endure all night.
We didn't sleep a wink and paid €170 for the room.
The property, using the excuse that they could not reverse the payment (which is not true and was confirmed by our bank), provided us with a voucher that we will never be able to use since we live in Milan.
It will be a gift for a couple of friends to whom I wish a one-night getaway better than ours.
LESSON: never pay in advance and always at check-out! Being available and courteous often does not pay off.

Ci dispiace sinceramente che il soggiorno sia stato condizionato da alcuni problemi verificatisi durante la notte. La situazione è stata presa in carico dal nostro personale non appena comunicata e ci siamo attivati per le verifiche e gli interventi necessari nel minor tempo possibile, compatibilmente con la natura tecnica del problema e con l’orario in cui si è verificato.
Vorremmo inoltre chiarire un aspetto relativo al pagamento anticipato. Il pagamento richiesto prima del soggiorno non è una scelta fatta per limitare le possibilità dell’ospite, ma semplicemente la modalità ordinaria prevista dalla nostra struttura e applicata secondo le nostre procedure.
Tuttavia, sentiamo il dovere di precisare che, anche qualora il pagamento fosse stato effettuato al check-out, non sarebbe cambiato né l’importo del soggiorno né la gestione della problematica riscontrata.
Inoltre, il pagamento al termine del soggiorno non attribuisce la facoltà all’ospite di modificare unilateralmente il corrispettivo dovuto sulla base della propria percezione dell’esperienza vissuta. Eventuali disagi vengono sempre valutati dalla struttura con serietà e secondo criteri oggettivi, indipendentemente dal momento in cui viene effettuato il pagamento.
A seguito del disagio riscontrato, abbiamo comunque ritenuto opportuno proporre una soluzione compensativa tramite un voucher di pari valore rispetto alla somma corrisposta. Inoltre, considerando la sua dichiarata impossibilità di prevedere un futuro soggiorno a Procida, abbiamo deciso, in via del tutto eccezionale, di rendere tale voucher cedibile a terzi quali ad esempio familiari o amici, così da consentirle di rendere concretamente utilizzabile il valore della somma corrisposta.
Comprendiamo infine che un soggiorno di una sola notte possa essere inevitabilmente condizionato da un singolo episodio. Proprio per questo ci dispiace che la sua esperienza si sia conclusa con questa percezione della struttura, poiché siamo certi che non rispecchi pienamente il livello di servizio, disponibilità e attenzione che ci impegniamo a garantire ogni giorno ai nostri ospiti.
Rimaniamo tuttavia convinti di aver gestito la situazione con correttezza, disponibilità e trasparenza, cercando di offrire una soluzione concreta e adeguata rispetto al disagio riscontrato.

A few days of rest
A very beautiful boutique hotel - with a functional and well-made pool and bar area - where one can also enjoy excellent cocktails and dishes.

So much to improve!
Nice structure, but poorly organized. We arrived at 2 PM, they took us to our room and it was in disarray and dirty, practically not cleaned, and although there are only 10 rooms, they only noticed when they showed us the room. They justified themselves by saying that the cleaning lady was sick and made us wait more than an hour before we could take possession of it, when it is customary in the hospitality industry to remedy the inconvenience by immediately offering an upgrade (especially since the place was almost empty) so that guests can enjoy the hotel services or, as a last resort, providing an aperitif or something similar for the inconvenience, but none of this was done. The room had a window facing another balcony, lacking privacy and light, in the bathroom there were plastic cups, the breakfast was poor without milk on display, gluten-free products or healthy options, without pancakes, wafers, or crepes; I tried the plum cake and the lemon cake and both were dry, at least from the day before. At the tables, the receptionist served who kept putting her hands in her hair and with the same hands delivered hot drinks. They have a lot of work to do to call themselves a boutique hotel. Special praise to the blonde lady who serves at the pool bar, the only one always cheerful, available, and courteous.
