Strategic and full of quality

Strategically located to visit Padua, Venice and Treviso, just a few minutes drive from the station, the hotel is in a quiet area of an already quiet city, with a nice little park around (where a couple of peacocks walk) and a fairly large parking lot. It is run with love and expertise by a brilliant staff that will always make you feel at the center of attention.
Very large superior room, with beautiful lamps, a circular terrace (and coffee table), from which separates you a window not really easy to use (but they explain it very well) and a table with two chairs; perhaps the pillow a little 'uncomfortable and the mattress a little hard, but the bed is huge and there are no shortage of wardrobes, a large TV, the kettle etc. Very nice elevator, cleaned the corridors.
For breakfast, we would recommend homemade jams, but otherwise there is not much to criticize. There is a rich buffet available, and a very quick girl who constantly renews supplies.
Finally, a significant detail. Available, always two bottles of mineral water in the fridge, one still and one sparkling: chapeau!

Excellent staff who care and look after their guests let down by tired surroundings

Stayed here for 1 night , would not have stayed longer to be honest , hotel is tired and dated but I understand they are renovating bedrooms at present . Rooms are large and clean . Small pool on grounds which you access through a grass area . Francesca and her colleague at the desk were simply excellent however and we got such a nice Italian welcome .

It's not worth trying, a fact that must be acknowledged. The cleanliness isn't good and there are many insects.

In short, it wasn't good. I expect it could be fantastic if the necessary funds were invested; it would be one of the most beautiful hotels. I don't want to go into too much detail about the shortcomings, but the experience wasn't good. They tried their best, but the resources weren't enough.

When I was researching were I wanted to stay near Venice I diligently read hundreds of reviews and there were several mediocre or bad reviews about this hotel. Still, it clearly stated that it was in a more rural location, which is what I wanted. It stated that there were a couple of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and the description and information clearly provided convinced me that this was exactly where I wanted to stay. After spending 4 nights there I am truly baffled that anyone could have anything bad to say about this hotel. The country setting is just beautiful. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We stayed in standard double rooms, very basic but extremely comfortable. Our walks to the restaurants and supermarkets were thoroughly enjoyable. We rented bicycles for half a day and rode around the Sile River, the experience was amazing. We walked the 30 minutes to the train station a few times but there is a shuttle provided by the hotel for a low cost, we took advantage of that after arriving back at the train station one evening and feeling too tired for the walk, we called the hotel and even though we had not pre-booked, they still came and got us. The tranquility of this hotel was wonderful. If you're looking for a peaceful place to lay your head at night then this is were you should stay. There isn't anything bad I could say about this hotel. Highly recommend.
