Hard to beat views and incredibly nice staff
What a wonderful hotel! The location and atmosphere are absolutely fantastic and the hotel has a classic charm that makes the stay extra special.
The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming and service minded. The views from the hotel terrace and the beautiful saltwater pool, with the ocean horizon in the background, are hard to beat.
The food also deserves an extra high praise! We stayed here for two nights and had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel – everything was really top class. In addition, the staff was accommodating and made crostini with sardines for my husband even though there was a wedding going on at the same time in the banquet hall. Breakfast is continental but quite ok.
We got a room with pool and sea view and to end the day with the beautiful sunset over the sea was magical.
A stay we will remember for a long time. We will definitely be back!

Family mini break to Italy
Just got back from this absolute gem of a Hotel in the charming tuscan village of Quercianella.
Boutique style hotel well appointed rooms that were spotlessly clean.
ALL staff were warm, welcoming and simply couldn't do enough to help and make your stay relaxing. Breakfast is included which is continental style, simple but excellent.
The pool area is brilliant and overlooking the bay giving panoramic views.
The onsite restaurant is excellent serving top quality Italian food. Big Thank you to the receptionist working on Tuesday evening (26th) who organised with the kitchen staff burger and French fries for our very fussy 13 year old autistic daughter, it was so appreciated by all of us as it meant we could enjoy the hotel restaurant without having to find somewhere serving burgers and chips
Will we be back 100% YES.

Disappointing
We went to dinner last night.
The location is very beautiful and the food is satisfactory; it's a shame that the service leaves something to be desired: wait times are too long and orders were not followed (a 1-hour wait for the first course without them having brought us the appetizer we ordered first), and the dining room staff was inattentive (we requested a clean fork that never arrived, forcing us to then eat the first course cold).
It is impossible to dry your hands in the bathroom.
The thing we found most annoying is that they didn't even apologize for this chaos.

A wonderful discovery, with a few aspects to improve
A truly wonderful property, in a splendid location. Very well-kept rooms, exceptional cleanliness, and staff that is always courteous, friendly, and helpful. The on-site parking is also very convenient. These are all aspects that we appreciated very much and that will certainly make us return and for which we will recommend it.
Precisely because the hotel is high-end and the cost of the stay is significant, I believe, however, that there are two aspects that should definitely be improved: breakfast and the restaurant.
Breakfast, in my opinion, is not up to the level of the property, neither in variety nor in the quality of the products. In a hotel of this type, I expect a wider selection and, above all, higher-quality products: finding discount yogurt or a very old and poorly functional toaster, with which it was impossible to make toast, really clashes with the quality of the rest of the property. The service should also be organized better: we had difficulty finding a table ready, because many were still dirty from the previous guests and had not been reset for those who still had to have breakfast.
The same goes for the restaurant. We had lunch there only once upon arrival: the food did not seem up to our expectations, the service was really too slow, and even the wine we chose did not satisfy us. It is a real shame, because if the restaurant had been at the same level as the hotel, we would have gladly stayed inside the property for our meals. After the first experience, however, we preferred to always eat out.
Overall, the judgment on the hotel remains very positive and we intend to return. I sincerely hope that by the next occasion these two aspects will have been improved, because with breakfast and dining up to par, the property would truly have everything it takes to offer an excellent experience from every point of view.
