A reconfirmation
A return after 8 months and always find the usual wedding favors with improvements: a breakfast buffet, small but well stocked and with quality products, Mrs. attaché very nice and helpful. The rooms as always at the top, the cleanliness always impeccable and Andrea a perfect host. The whole structure is at the top. Once you have tried the structure you can not but return. The proximity to the Terme amazing, you go and return on foot, park your car and go..... Highly recommended.

AMAZING!
A few meters from the Terme di San Giovanni in Rapolano a charming B & B, attention to detail both in the garden and inside, clean, with cozy rooms. Hospitality and kindness make you feel pampered. He comes out with the desire to return as soon as possible. We recommend it toEveryone. Gianfranco and Wioletta

A beautiful country villa of the beginning of the last century 250 meters from the Terme di s Giovanni
Arrived earlier than expected but warmly welcomed with an unexpected and welcome room upgrade due to a bathroom heating issue in the room they had reserved for us
Niccolò the manager of the house told us about the recent transition to new management - from December 2025- and the need to run in the structure and provide hospitality for quality artistic events during spring summer.
An invitation to reinforce breakfast with a choice of savory yogurt and fruit products was seized and fully realized... I would suggest to add some homemade cake in addition to brioche for sweet palates.
The garden and 'very nice and despite the season you can imagine the cool and blooms of the warmer seasons.
The Spa next door surprised us for the well-kept large spaces and few people in the beautiful outdoor pools / very well behaved and relaxed customers
The landscape around guarantees wonders

All nice (with pros and cons)
Aware that the reviews are viewed I would like to point out that my review is not by way of reproach much less advice for management but only my impression about the personal experience.
Arrived three hours early to check in for three days of stay we were very kindly allowed by the manager to access even early to our room number 5, excellent impression just entered this very nice period farmhouse and with an incredible family atmosphere of yesteryear, alerts the room just as positive impression for cleanliness, order and relaxing tranquility of the place. Slept very well in the morning another pleasant view.... That is the breakfast room.... A great taste by those who have taken care of the furniture and good Breakfast Service in elegant ceramics always all in excellent cleanliness and decorum, not good note unfortunately you have a brioche and a hot drink of your choice (no juices or yogurt and not even vary with a packaged plumcake) could be fine if you decide to have a breakfast at the bar but are well away from the place to stay..... But that's okay too...... It's not a vital problem.
Another super strong point of this b&b hotel is its proximity to the spa... You can go there on foot..... the conditions to go back there are also the cost was favorable.
Only small negative note then resolved at the reception today at the balance of the bill the same had 6 € more than the booking confirmation email (ridiculous figure) complete mail in every detail of both room discount and room price and route of stay..... From the notebook of the reception there was a price to but from the email another..... After a phone call from the manager have paid the amount agreed at the time of booking..... I think it is right to check the reservations sent to customers and in case there was an increase after the booking it is appropriate to inform the same so as to have clarity to the customer himself. I repeat that otherwise it was a pleasant three days. Greetings and hope for a goodbye.
