Ideal starting point for a visit to Ravenna.

The tastefully furnished accommodation features a nice bathroom and a lovely little garden, where, in nice weather, the rich and very lovingly prepared breakfast is served by the very hospitable host - including homemade cake and homemade jam.
Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed and informed about the location and opening hours of the main attractions.
We felt very comfortable here, dear Walter, and can highly recommend this accommodation.

An excellent solution just steps from the historic center.

A very nice establishment run by Walter with passion and dedication.
Very good location, just outside the historic center, reachable with a pleasant walk. Free parking available on the adjacent streets.
Good breakfast with a choice between savory and sweet.
Price in line with the location and type of accommodation.
Very good cleanliness.
Walter is very available to provide useful information about local spots and things to see.
Highly recommended.

Definitely poor hygienic conditions

The structure is aesthetically descended, personally I think the hygienic conditions are fundamental. Unfortunately I have to give a negative review, as I found a tampon (dirty ) above the bathroom radiator. Since a minor was present, I threw him out personally. Which is why I recommend providing with hygienic conditions, absolutely better.

Very comfortable accommodation and close to the historic center

We were 3 couples to stay 2 nights at this property. The rooms are large , comfortable, the bathroom clean, large and well equipped. Delicious breakfast and the hosts are really nice and attentive. We strongly advise .
