We had a wonderful stay at the NH Hotel in Ravenna. The front desk staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The evening bar staff was also excellent and provided great service.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located within easy walking distance of the center square, restaurants, and shopping. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again!

Avoid !

I’m used to travel in Italy and to stay at NH hotels, and this one was the worst ever !
We had the worst room in the hotel: the wall papers were decrepit (see pic) there was moisture on the ceiling, the furniture was used, the box for the Kleenex felt ever time we took a tissue, the toilet paper holder was no longer fixed to the wall.
We booked a room for two and had only one bottle of water when we arrived, the concierge told me it was only one bottle per reservation while we had two bottles 4 days ago in the NH Parma !
I also had to ask for another set of towels because the room was set for one person.
During the check out we were asked why we didn’t ask for a change of room (again because we were first in front of the elevator) but the real question was: why do you keep on giving this room to customers !
To sum up if you decide to stay in Ravenna avoid the NH (even though it’s well located)

Smaller rooms than q was booked, very high price and poor service, old hotel for the price you have

Old hotel but nicely kept. Excellent service. Eugenia was great. Good WiFi. To iron cloth you have to go to the lobby.

Excellent stay

Spacious and welcoming room, extremely clean and comfortable bathroom, very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Perfect location for visiting Ravenna's historical monuments on foot, leaving the car in the city parking lot thanks to a daily ticket from the hotel.
