Clean and very confortable

I go to Brescia every months for businnes and every times I go to il Sogno Hotel in Rezzato. This place is very nice. The rooms are very clean and large, but the best atre the batrooms. Antonio the owner is very polide and helpfull. Hi is allways there for you, make a nice espresso in the morning with frash croissant , juce , jum and brad
Price? 35euro for single room, 55 duble, 70 for suite with jacuzy!!!
GRATE. very close to Brescia and to Garda lake.. less then one hour to Milan

A place with potential but overlooked...

Dirty, neglected and with the penguin to cool the room but it did not cool off, also because you had to leave the window open to let the tube out! Shower clean but with rust everywhere, broken lights in the bathroom, dust, cobwebs and blackened walls above the radiators... The only positive note is the breakfast... good and plentiful... a real shame because it would take little to make it a great place... the owner very nice but it is certainly not enough...

Relax and retro

Dated but very particular structure with pleasant and relaxing internal courtyard. Convenient internal parking (possibility to park on the street, paying attention to prohibitions and the cleanliness of the street). Breakfast with packaged products, quite varied and the presence of some baked goods until they last. The staff were very friendly and also available for a chat and some advice. The room is very large, with the bed on the wooden mezzanine. The bathroom is huge even though there is an unusable jacuzzi.

Stay on the fly

Excellent for spending a night without too many pretensions. All in all clean and well organised. Very old furniture. The bathroom is in the room and is very comfortable. The breakfast is B&B style, not much stuff. The owners very kind and friendly. Parking is easily found but outside. Overall I am satisfied. I stayed in 2021

Schönes Hotel, etwas besonderes

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Man wird angenehm willkommen geheißen und unser Zimmer im Obergeschoss war super. Das Bad riesengroß mit einer Badewanne für 2 und eine schöne Dusche. Die Treppe nach oben führt zu einem schönen Bett. Das Frühstück war ein schöner Start in den Tag und der Parkplatz im Innenhof ist gut. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel jedem empfehlen.
