A charming place
We were guests at Neverland between late June and early July. The apartment is spacious, equipped with all amenities and necessary, neat and clean. Outside it has a terrace overlooking the beautiful land surrounding the apartments, an olive grove that gives a magical atmosphere and, beyond, the sea. The hosts are very welcoming, discreet but always available. The apartment is a few minutes drive from the beaches of Capo Vaticano. Highly recommended, we were just fine!

Neverland village Capo Vaticano terrible property
I booked a triple room from August 10th to 12th at Neverland village Capo Vaticano, Contrada Le Querce, 89866 Prasimo VV, for a total of €275. Due to an unexpected work issue, I was forced to cancel my stay with the hope of finding a minimum amount of flexibility from the property.
Unfortunately, my written refund request was rejected without any openness or alternative solution. Furthermore, I sent a WhatsApp message saying who I was, I tried calling, but they blocked me both on WhatsApp and by phone. What left me even more disappointed is that the property kept the entire amount of €275 and, despite this, did not even make the room available again for the booked dates.
I understand that cancellation policies may exist, but I believe that in exceptional situations, more attention toward the customer would be desirable. The total lack of flexibility and availability left me with an extremely negative impression.
Because of this experience, I do not feel like recommending this property and, personally, I would not book again. Go elsewhere, trust me. Contrada Le Querce, 89866 Prasimo VV
