Hotel with view on Terminillo

I stayed at this hotel during Nataleo.Mi really enjoyed myself thanks to the particular kind staff. The spacious room with balcony bathroom nice modern and large with a step to accessorvi.Tutto Hotel is clean The large and bright breakfast room with corner bar quidi caffècapuccino etc espresso and there is also a library with books iteressanti.llcentro of the beautiful and elegant Rieti is reached with a comfortable walk of 7 / 8 ninuiti equals the station.Vicino many shops coffins fastfood.If you pass through Rieti stop in this hotel you will have good dreams

A dip in the 70s

Review: A blast from the past (and degradation) – Not recommended
If you are looking for a welcoming experience, turn away from Hotel Serena. Calling it "dated" would be a compliment: the structure is completely outdated and in a state of unacceptable neglect.
Room and Furniture
The visual impact is depressing. The walls are dirty, surrounded by cheap, sparse and visibly worn furniture. The aesthetic is stuck in a questionable past:
* 1960s covers that look like they've never seen a modern laundry room.
* Cheap paintings and finishes (such as exposed brick) completely out of context and absurd.
* Antique bathroom with curtains yellowed by time. I wouldn’t even spend an hour there, let alone one night.
Cleaning and Catering (The Low Point)
The worst is achieved in the buffet area. In addition to the flayed and dilapidated floors, we witnessed nightmare scenes regarding hygiene: they cleaned the table in front of our eyes simply by passing a damp cloth, without sanitizing and shaking the crumbs on the ground. Total disgust.
In summary: A structure that has not invested a euro in decades and that lacks the minimum basics of cleanliness and decorum. Stay away from it.

A peaceful stop.

We stopped for one night during the weekend of April 25th, heading to the Marmore Falls. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, near a sports center; just a few meters away are a shopping mall and two fast food restaurants. It is a classic three-star hotel, suitable for families: a large and basic room, with somewhat dated furnishings, but comfortable. Breakfast could be improved, but for the price paid, it can be considered sufficient. Easy parking, professional and courteous staff. If you do not have high expectations and are traveling on a budget, it can be a good alternative along the route between Lazio and Umbria.

Great value for money.

Very welcoming hotel, spacious and very clean rooms with balcony and windowed bathroom. Staff really courteous and professional. Breakfast varied and plentiful. That's a good chef at the restaurant.

Nice and comfortable hotel

3-star hotel, a bit dated but nice and located right in front of Perseo shopping center and near the Costaggini hotel school.
The owner and staff are very kind. King size bed and great breakfast with variety in buffet...from 4 stars.
Comfortable and spacious room. Hair dryer present and efficient. Free Wifi and working.
Recommended hotel.
