Number one

Fantastic stay. Quiet B&B surrounded by greenery in a well-kept wooded park. Do not overlook the presence of an excellent restaurant adjacent to the structure. The reception of the owner was fantastic. Available and efficient. Discreet and attentive to detail. I stayed in the suite equipped with every comfort. The other two apartments are also of the highest standard. A stone's throw from the historic center. I couldn't wish for anything better. I will return often and gladly. Thanks.

A B&B like there are few

I stayed for one night only and I had a great time, large apartment and with all confort .La owner very welcoming and very kind thank you for its availability...., a unique cleaning that I did not find elsewhere. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Very welcoming apartment and lots of courtesy

Beautiful apartment on the outskirts of Rieti.
We only stayed one night but the house is really welcoming.
The owner, Florinda, was very nice and welcomed us upon arrival.
Large double bedroom, living room with 2 beds and kitchenette where you can have breakfast independently.
Highly recommended

Too bad it's just hit and run.

Last minute choice and like all choices made in a short time the fear is that we have fallen into some strange place. However, the B&B did not disappoint us at all, in fact it went far beyond our expectations.
The lovely apartment in which we were accommodated had a large, very quiet room with an adjoining kitchenette where you could prepare breakfast with all sorts of goodies: coffee, milk, croissants, yogurt and fruit juices. The rooms were very clean and nothing needed was missing. The B&B has a private car park closed by a gate, a large shaded park and spaces for having breakfast. Florinda, the owner, unfortunately we only spoke to her by phone, but we found Mrs. Giovanna who performed the duties of the owner very well, making sure we didn't miss anything.
Important and not negligible note: our 4-legged friends are welcome!
It is not excluded that we will return more calmly because the area has many architectural, cultural and landscape beauties to visit.
