Excellent

Excellent, friendly and courteous staff, well-maintained and very hospitable facility. A compliment to the dining room staff in Lodi and Hum, in addition to the blonde girl whose name I do not remember, truly kind and professional. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner was superb. Room cleanliness was excellent. Highly recommended. I will definitely return. Thank you.

Officially 4, but in reality barely a 2-star hotel

Booking advertises this as a 4-star hotel, but in my honest opinion it barely earns 2 – if that. I’m genuinely surprised by reviews calling the rooms well maintained, because as the photos show, they aren’t. Even showering felt unpleasant when the faucet is literally crumbling apart.
I also noticed management replying to a review two months ago, acting concerned and asking the guest to share their room number. But rooms are supposedly cleaned after every guest – so if management actually cared, housekeeping would have reported this long ago.
Bottom line: you can get far better quality for the same price, even at a 3-star nearby. Rethink booking Ariminum Hotel. It feels like a place pushing guests through on a conveyor before shutting down, with no interest in refreshing the interior.

Do not consider this hotel at all.

Let's start from the beginning: it was a huge effort to book two rooms with half board; they called me many times due to inconsistencies with what they had mistakenly written. I feared finding problems upon arrival.
On the morning of check-in, I called to ask if it was possible to have the room in advance of the standard 2:30 PM, for an emergency since my daughter had a fever and it was 104 degrees outside.
They arrogantly and presumptuously refused, with false courtesy. At 1 PM, I returned to the lobby with my daughter, who had worsened, since we had waited on a beach lounge chair so she could lie down. The moment we called the medical guard, the rooms were magically ready early, immediately.
Shameful.
And the 4 stars? Ridiculous, maybe if you see double! Hotel with rooms that are completely in need of renovation, bathrooms with encrusted fixtures, walls with mold, shower trays all scratched and half broken.
Renaissance-era air conditioning, a fan provides more air. Excuses upon excuses about the fact that it was broken, the system is old, etc. They changed my room only to find myself in the exact same situation, but I procrastinated to avoid arguments since I was already busy taking care of my daughter.
Education, this unknown! ALL the staff at the reception never looks up even once as you pass by; you have to greet them loudly to get their attention, otherwise you are clearly ignored.
Slow Wi-Fi, TV... TV?? Better not to express oneself; do not consider it among the hotel services.
Thin and hard mattress, same for the pillows.
Menu for celiacs? Well, pasta (only one type) and bread.
I break a lance in favor of the dining staff, especially Ms. Angela, and the service. Everyone was kind, polite, customer-oriented, and professional.
I want to clarify that issues can arise in any establishment, but if arrogance and presumption are used to manage them instead of kindness, courtesy, and attention, it is unlikely that the customer will overlook it.

I would definitely not return. I would recommend it to someone I dislike as a joke.

It is a four-star hotel, but one of the stars seems to have been hand-drawn. Restaurant... no thanks, there are many others of better quality. Room: the mattress was too hard and the bathroom was, well, just okay... very just okay.

Nightmarish experience: dilapidated structure, dubious hygiene and "ghost" stars

We stayed at the Hotel Ariminum for 4 nights during training courses, and unfortunately the only reason we did not escape was the advance payment. The structure literally falls apart.
The room was very small and the beds a hallucinatory inconvenience: rest was impossible. The level of hygiene was to be reported to the ASP: bedspread full of stains, detached skirting boards and broken radiator covers. The bidet was broken and the shower cubicle (tiny and ridiculous) not working. Despite the intervention of the maintainer, miracles cannot be done if the hotel is in this state.
Breakfast chapter: while the products (cakes and croissants) are acceptable, the management is embarrassing. Having classes very early, we would come down at 7:15, but the staff would only turn on the lights at 7:30 smashed, totally ignoring those who were already sitting in the dark.
The information on Booking is totally misleading: it is sold as a 4 star, on arrival the sign says 3, but for cleaning and maintenance it would not deserve half. The only positive note was the kindness of the girls at the reception who tried, as far as possible, to make up for a disaster announced.
Not recommended. Stay away from it.
