Excellent

Simple hotel but nothing is missing... spacious and clean rooms with TV, air conditioning, and safe (hairdryer is missing but you can bring your own...). Breakfasts with excellent homemade cakes, cross the street and you are at the sea, room monitor available to guests with fridge, microwave, and bathroom! Excellent spritzes for happy hour... Ms. Paola and her daughter (but all the staff) are very kind! I recommend it.

Small adjustments can make a difference.

Excellent service and truly welcoming staff. The exterior of the property is well-maintained and recently renovated, with new window frames that insulate very well against noise. Unfortunately, the interior of the room is disappointing: approximate cleaning, dated furniture and beds in an 80s/90s style, and a decidedly non-functional bathroom, with the bidet inside the shower and a simple curtain that causes the floor to flood every time; another flaw is the uncomfortable mattresses.
Good buffet breakfast with a wide selection of sweets, all homemade. Only the room decor needs improvement.

A pleasant surprise

The Arix hotel was a pleasant surprise. A family-run establishment that combines professionalism and warm hospitality.
The room was very spacious and comfortable, bright and clean... from the little balcony we could even see the sea!
What truly amazed us was the breakfast... wonderful with top-quality products and a vast selection of fresh items every morning, made by the hotel's kitchen.
The additional services are also appreciated: refrigerator (which we used) and microwave and iron (which we will use next time).
The property is close not only to equipped beaches but also to free beaches, as well as being near various restaurant options and small supermarkets.

A welcome that makes a difference!
We stayed at the Arix Hotel and had a wonderful time. The owners, a mother and daughter, are delightful and have started an excellent renovation project beginning with the exterior facade and the windows. The rooms inside are still a bit behind, but this detail is completely overshadowed by the superb breakfast prepared by Mrs. Paola.
Every morning, she delighted us with fantastic and artisanal sweet cakes, in addition to an excellent savory assortment, carefully crafted for both the eyes and the palate. Their hospitality and this fairy-tale breakfast compensate for everything. We will definitely return!
