Courteous with a smile and discreet, small but discreet rooms, quiet family environment... very good price... they should all be honest like them... on foot you immediately have the promenade full of shops and clubs... immediately the seafront etc. ...I hope to return soon...THANK YOU.

The staff is nice, but otherwise it is the worst accommodation I have ever experienced. Yes, it is cheap...
No air conditioning, no fridge, with a rotting bathroom door, loud music from the yard under the windows even after 10pm. Never again.

Mediocre

Per quello che abbiamo pagato non ci aspettavamo nulla di esaltante, infatti, dopotutto, le nostre mediocri aspettative non sono state deluse. Hotel vicino al mare, a una quindicina scarsa di minuti in bus da Rimini centro e una ventina per Riccione. Il personale era molto gentile, un ambiente "famigliare". La camera era un po' piccola per tre persone, ma vivibile. Unica nota davvero negativa è stato l'odore di fogna che spesso usciva dallo scarico della doccia e invadeva tutta la camera. Altro punto a sfavore, la poca praticità del parcheggio: per tirare fuori un'auto era necessario spostarle tutte.

Ottimo per chi cerca semplicità e pulizia e gentilezza

Albergo datato ma molto pulito e la famiglia che lo ha in gestione sono gentili e simpatici . Colazione più che sufficiente .. posizione ottima per poter andare da qualsiasi parte della zona .. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo . Ci ritornerò presto .

für kleines Geld eine Tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit

wenn du ohne Ansprüche eine tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Rimini brauchst bist du hier genau richtig , Sehr nahe am Strand gelegen Tolle und nettes Personal welches sich richtig toll um Ihre Gäste kümmert. wir waren drei tage hier hatten wein Zimmer gebucht für 2 erwachsene und 1 Kind , das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich gereinigt, ein kleines Manko es gab keine Klimaanlage , dafür aber einen Deckenventilator und einen extra Ventilator. da es richtig heiß wurde sprach uns die nette Inhaberin an ob meine Frau nicht in einem kühleren Zimmer schlafen wolle ohne Mehrkosten, dies tat meine Frau dann auch.
Ebenso bekamen wir auf anfrage neue Handtücher . Alles im ganzen war dies eine tolle kleine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, sollten wir wieder einmal da sein buchen wir wieder hier..
