Review of the stay experience
The stay at this property unfortunately fell short of expectations, with numerous aspects that negatively affected the overall experience.
The rooms are extremely small and not very functional: no shower, with the sink clogged and no cap, therefore subject to further inconvenience. The presence of mold and ants, combined with a nearly non-existent balcony used for air conditioning exhaust, further compromised comfort. Housekeeping Service is also not optimally managed, as rooms are only tidied up in the early afternoon hours, creating discomfort for guests returning to the room after lunch.
Since arriving, the Welcoming has proved unsatisfactory. In addition to the payment required immediately and even before you can view the room, the final price did not correspond to what was agreed. Moreover, it was not clearly specified what was included in the rate: we were in fact faced with the surprise of a daily supplement of 8 euros for our cat, despite the fact that it had been expressly agreed at the time of booking that this amount was included in the price.
There is no possibility of bringing forward the check-in time from the established time of 2 pm and, on the occasion of August, we were informed in an unkind manner that, if we were not satisfied, we could leave the structure. Moreover, the hotel’s conformation itself is not adequately communicated: the structure consists of four floors, of which only three are accessible by elevator, while the top floor is accessible only by stairs, with obvious difficulties for those with luggage or mobility problems.
The breakfast proposal is monotonous and of poor quality, limited to croissants and a dry cake, repeated identical every morning. There is no variety or Table Service: hot drinks must be picked up independently from the machines and it is not possible to request alternatives from the waiting staff. In addition, on arrival a bottle of water is served without warning, which in case of partial consumption is simply placed back on the table and presented again in the following hours.
As for the catering, the quality of the cuisine is discontinuous, sometimes discreet but in several cases unsatisfactory. Hygiene and Service Care are questionable: paper tablecloths are not changed regularly, even between meals. Waiting times are excessively long, both for lunch and dinner. The opening of the dining room at 12.30 p.m. includes an almost identical buffet from day to day, with Service of the dishes starting only at 13.00. Dinner follows the same logic, with buffet at 7.30 pm and Service from 8 pm, also characterized by long waits.
The only positive note concerns the daily change of towels, which however does not include the bidet towel, effectively reducing the completeness of Service.
In conclusion, the structure appears neglected both in the environments and in the organization of services, with quality standards that are not adequate for a comfortable stay. The lack of clarity on costs, coupled with inefficiencies, unsatisfactory framework conditions and communication gaps, make it difficult to recommend this experience.

Festival del sole participant
Stayed one week at this hotel because our gymnatic team participated in the festival del sole 2016. The staff was fantastic, did their best to accomadte our Young gymnasts pallets... So they made sure to ask every day what to make for our team so everybodys hunger was satisfied. The kitchen is fantastic, very tasty and good food, and very large portions which is important when you have hungry teenagers on the team. Our very highest recommendation for this hotel, and we will be back in 2018
