Very Good Overall

Located a short distance from Rimini airport this small hotel covers all the bases really well and is a great example of a modestly priced establishment providing outstanding value.
Situated just a couple of blocks from the beach it’s a lovely place to retreat to and to relax in, delivering high in terms of cleanliness and sustainability. Bottled soft drinks are available in reception along with a nice coffee bar and small seating area inside/outside.
The rooms are functionally impressive with nice spacious balconies and cool vistas of the sea. Breakfast is available at sister hotel Arlino just around the corner, which offers a good range of sweet and savoury buffet items with hot and cold drinks etc.
An in-house restaurant and fitness room would have been welcome facilities, however, for a hotel of this category it has good amenities and the overall ambience is great.
Staff here are exceptional, special mentions to Dina, Emre and Yosra for being so amenable and for providing such helpful guidance and advice.
Overall a recommended option, which I hope to return to next time I visit Rimini.

BAD EXPERIENCE

Unfortunately we had an unpleasant stay for several problems... first of all the room were very small of 7.6m2 and not 11m2 as we write, turning with difficulty in the room, the terrace door touched in the bed, the very small bathroom with a camper van sink, small. The mattress was 30 years old with the springs that felt and hurt even though they had put a 1.5 cm topper, the old conditioner that was not and possible to turn on because it threw air over us, so badly positioned. You could hear every noise even very small from the neighbors and especially from the train that passed every 30 minutes. Breakfast was scarce almost all packaged and always the same things, were not in the bango, but were served on a plate by the staff and always the same things that I did not want to see... the parking very small and paid 10 euros a day. The helpful and friendly staff, but not enough, so it was a bad experience. Recommendation to no one.
