Unforgettable vacation in Rimini.

We came to this hotel, which we found out about through social media TikTok, and we were really happy with how the owner Emilio and all his staff took care of us from the very first day we arrived. We chose the all-inclusive package with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beach included. Really good and abundant food. And twice a week, a party is organized with plenty of buffet food. The owner Emilio is a really nice and helpful person, the rooms are spacious and clean; in short, a highly recommended hotel. We will definitely return

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in

I travel often both in Italy and abroad for both work and with my family, but I have never been to a place like this. Old hotel, stuck in the 60s. Walls whitewashed haphazardly, but what is worse is the way we were treated by the owner. We had a Smartbox to use; he asked us already on the phone to upgrade to a larger room with air conditioning because we had a German Shepherd, and it was not possible to bring dogs into the room designated for Smartbox guests. (I point out that the room he assigned us anyway was tiny with a pitiful bathroom). The most absurd thing is that he did not want to give us the air conditioning remote control because it was not allowed for the Smartbox. In the end he gave in, but I hurried to warn the friends who would arrive the next day to change hotels. Poor breakfast and of terrible quality, with cutlery often found dirty. In Rimini you can find better and even for less!

Tiny room with a bed that is too small.

For a couple, room number 115 has a double bed (calling it a double is a compliment) so small that it is barely possible to turn around. The room is very small, the bed is very small, and the person sleeping against the wall has to wake their partner to go to the bathroom. Of course, there is also only one bedside table with a single outlet. Suggestion: since I attended hotel school, do not define room 115 as MD but rather XD, meaning not a double with a shower, but a single with a shower. Another thing, charging for the use of air conditioning seems a bit excessive to me.
