We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Residenza Parco Fellini. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from both the beach and the city centre.
The breakfast offered a good variety and everything was fresh. What really made our stay special, however, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit.
We were so happy with our experience that we decided to book the same hotel again just a short time later during our trip.
We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel twice within the same month – first for 5 nights and then returned just 1.5 weeks later for another 4 nights. That alone says a lot about how much we enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable with good air conditioning, and the breakfast offers a great selection every morning. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
The location is excellent, close to both the beach and the city center, making it easy to explore Rimini on foot.
We would especially like to thank the hotel for their outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to help us with a booking issue, and their kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression.
We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Fawlty Towers springs to mind. We were in the annex to the main hotel. Our check in was delayed to 15.30 as the rooms weren't cleaned. When we requested a late check out we were advised the next guest was arriving early (13.00), so it wasn't possible.
At breakfast there was always a queue for tables as they were never cleaned in time. The breakfast offering was good though.
With so many nicer hotels in Rimini, I will skip this one in future.
