Hospitality and professionalism 'in a charming country. Modern structure with all services working and complete availability of the host. Complimentary breakfast and great room price.

Great apartment!

We stayed at Primae Noctis for 2 days with family. The ground floor apartment is a real gem: clean, comfortable, spacious, and equipped with many amenities. Air conditioning and heating with radiators for winter are available. A nice touch is the washer/dryer that can be used if a longer stay is planned (there are also 2 detergents provided). The apartment has a small kitchen with many utensils. It is not a true B&B since breakfast is not prepared by the owner, but there are still sweet and savory snacks (including tea, coffee, and water) available for self-service. In the room, in the closet, there are also additional blankets and pillows. I RECOMMEND 100%, Mrs. Carmen is very kind and available for anything!

Beautiful experience

We stayed at this B&B for two nights. It's beautiful. Quiet and peaceful, in the center of the village, is located near the castle of Roccascalegna. From the window you can enjoy the magnificent panorama of the castle.
The room is spacious and nice, with attention to detail. The bathroom is cute and has a comfortable shower.
Everything is spotless.
But what makes this place even more beautiful is the Welcoming, kindness and helpfulness of the owners.
We had a great time, we were sorry to leave.

The village of Roccascalegna and this appartment are both undiscovered gems

Recently renovated appartment, everything in top shape. Picture perfect, unique view on the village, the castle and the mountains. Great roof terrace. Breakfast at the village bar, which gave us the chance to experience real Italian village life :-).

Nel magico borgo di Roccascalegna abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa struttura davvero perfetta per confort e buon gusto.
L'edificio, d'epoca, è di recente ristrutturazione quindi tutto è nuovo e pulitissimo. Camera molto confortevole e bene arredata, letto comodo, spugne candide e morbidissime, bagno bello con finestra, frigo e TV.
Parcheggio libero in strada proprio di fronte al portone.
Gentilissimo il padre della titolare, con cui abbiamo chiacchierato delle bellezze della Regione.
Consigliatissimo per confort, posizione, pulizia, bellezza dei luoghi.
Il Castello merita una visita
