Great location, friendly and helpful staff

We had a great time, the location is very convenient from the station (5 minutes walk to say so much) and is a very practical strategic point to reach the center both on foot and by Metro.
The room was spacious and clean, every day the bed was made and the environment cleaned.
There is WiFi and Smart TV
The staff is very kind and even kept our bags after check out allowing us to visit the city again before leaving.

The photos online are not a good indication of what to expect. The shower in the delux double leaked and would not stay on the wall. Also very tiny. The toilet would stick flushing. There was a gap between the bath and the wall. There were holes in the wall by the air con unit that really wasn’t adequate at all. The bed headboard was covered due to the state it was in. Staff were pleasant but not there often. There was no sign of a breakfast area, and really the ‘guest house’ is just half the 4th floor of a building which photos do not make clear. It was well situated and near the station, but I would not book again as was not what the pictures led us to expect.

We spent 5 minutes at the accommodation, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay longer.

I don’t recommend this accommodation to anyone!
We didn’t even stay there for 5 minutes! Everything is musty, moldy, and dirty!
The pictures have nothing to do with reality!
But I’m attaching a few photos we took at the accommodation.
The rooms are moldy and dirty, completely unsuitable for anyone to spend a night there. The pictures used to advertise the accommodation do not reflect its actual condition at all.
There was a huge mess next to the “reception,” with bed linens scattered all over the floor, dirt, and chaos everywhere. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances!
The host has not responded to our complaints to this day!

Never go here under any circumastances!!!!!!!!!!!!

The rooms are moldy and dirty,completely unsuitable for anyone to spend a night there. The pictures used to advertise the accommodation do not reflect its actual condition at all. There was a huge mess next to the "reception" with bed linens scattered all over the floor,dirt and chaos everywhere.I do not recommend this place under any circumstances! The host has not responded to our complaints to this day!

This hotel is very misleading!
-NO breakfast area, its used as storage!
-WIFI is terrible, wont stay connected!
-AC unit could not cool the room, It was more of a fan! Had the employee knock out my door and saying "worker coming in" when he knew I was inside to tell me to shut my AC off to cool the hall because multiple AC units couldn't be in use, so that was extremely weird to me!
-SHOWER...had pieces missing and would leak when used! also, the bathroom had a strange odor to It.
Asked about check out instructions in which I was given but still received a phonecall 3 hours later asking me what time I am leaving, which again I found weird!
overall, for the price I paid It was not worth It and would NOT recommend, there are many hotels / boutique hotels in the area that are far way better.
