Hidden Gem at a Great Price!

I really enjoyed my stay here! Mario was a wonderful host. The neighborhood was quiet and rooms were clean. Breakfast was quite generous and set up for us every morning on the top floor with rooftop views. It's not in the city center, but the price and value can't be beat!

Great B&B - would definitely recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this B&B and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place to relax after exploring the city.
One of the highlights for us was the beautiful quiet garden and terrace — it truly felt like a little oasis away from the busy and chaotic atmosphere of Rome. After long days in the city, it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The rooms were super cooling as well, perfect to combat the summer heat.
Mario was an amazing host: incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful with anything we needed. He even gifted us a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture that made our stay even more special.
The breakfast was simple and delicious, and we also appreciated that guests could help themselves to tea and coffee at any time during the day.
Even though the B&B is located a bit outside the city center, it is still very easy to reach by public transport, so getting around Rome was never a problem.
Overall, we truly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome — especially for travelers who want some peace and relaxation while still enjoying everything the city has to offer.

We were fine with some changes would be perfect

For a trip to Rome we booked a room in this beb
Let's start with the positives
Breakfast quite good especially the cappuccino
Very nice environment
Clean and fragrant rooms kind and polite owners
The flaw are the rooms too small especially the really tiny bathroom should be reported because if you are overweight in the shower you do not enter
And then the area is not the best
Otherwise recommended.

C'è anche da dire che, ovviamente, teniamo in considerazione questi fattori nel decidere i prezzi di vendita delle nostre camere.

Amazing B&B

Near to the transport, supermarket, restaurants. Very good B&B. We travelled with family. The owner was very helpful. No problems with checking.
