All very nice

Vintage does not mean neglect

Compared to the standards of Roman b&bs, it ranks very low, even more so if you look at the value for money.
This is because of the rough cleaning (especially in the kitchen, not forgetting the dust in the room), the lack of spaces in the fridge dedicated to each room (as usually happens in other b & b), an uncomfortable round bed (for the mattress), the narrow breakfast times (from 8 to 9!), the room not cleaned up between one night and the next (it's the first time it happens to me). In the area (and not only) there is much better...

Comfort and holidays

Very nice and clean B&B, in 50s style and a few meters from Villa Mafalda. Surrounded by bus and metro stops and located a few kilometers from the center of Rome. Very welcoming environment, just like the two owners, always available and kind. Sweet, rich and tasty breakfast. I highly recommend it!

In Rome

The kindness and availability of the owners, Katia and Lorenzo, unique and difficult to find. We took a double room and a single room (it had a round bed and for my 20 year old daughter it was a fantastic surprise). Both spacious rooms furnished with particular taste with all comforts. Both spotlessly clean and bathrooms beautifully clean (in every spot and corner). Very quiet rooms like the whole structure near public transport and the subway, therefore very strategic.
Breakfast complete with everything and well stocked, but the delicious thing was that it was served in a special room on a large round table but with a tablecloth, prepared as if it were at home!!! I'm not attaching the photo because I would ruin the surprise for future customers, and today there were some beautiful 1950s. Lorenzo, as well as bringing some food to the table himself (we were sitting and rarely in other B&Bs you don't have to do everything yourself) was worried at every moment, with great discretion, if we wanted anything else. Both upon arrival and leaving the owners chatted with us (this is also difficult to find). My daughter had to do something very important and delicate and they were encouraging and nice, even with some jokes to make her calm, which is not everyone's thing and it was a nice gesture.
A B&B that I recommend wholeheartedly, it's impossible not to be very satisfied.

Outstanding

I can be picky, but this place and the owners are great. Fantastic place, clean rooms, very welcoming. The area is also very nice and it feels like living in Rome as a Roman. There is AC in all rooms, breakfast is good. Simply perfect.
