A good base

A beautiful Beb, located in a villa in the suburban area of Rome. It is served by public transport that takes you to the center with ease. Clean facility with friendly staff. Good breakfast. Ideal if you want to visit the Castles area.

misleading advertising

Very bad experience. It seems to me misleading advertising that shows the rooms on the ground floor and does not show those on the upper floor where the ceilings are slanted and you literally cannot stand up without bending down. My wife and I had to bathe in a squatting position and walk around the room bent over

To appreciate for the cleanliness.

Friendly staff, enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms (I booked 3 rooms).
A sore note for some rooms without bidet and showers with difficult entrance.
I certainly wouldn't book the attic room on the third floor again.

Small comfortable B&B

Nice and basic B&B. The lady who runs very nice and helpful. I booked through smartbox and added an extra night and beds for my children thanks to the availability of the facility. The room was small but for a few days it's fine. A 5-minute drive away is a shopping center on Anagnina.

Under the Expectations

Review: I stayed 3 days ago with my husband in this b & b; the room was a small attic, with a bathroom nothing short of tiny, without bidet, we are in Italy! The cleanliness was good when we arrived, but then in the 2 days it was not rifatto.La room key must be left on site, in a special house, but that remains open and then wanting all I can take it; there is no wi.fi.
Breakfast is included but practically non-existent, in fact the second day we made it at the bar.
The location is outside the ring road, so if you don't go with your own vehicle and very far get downtown, and even with that (we were on scooters) it takes quite some time, given the traffic.
The person who was there, just gave us the key, 2 skimpy information and that's it. Would definitely not stay there again.
