Nice stay

It was a nice stay! The rooms were super clean and it was in a quite nice location, great access to the city center via metro and air conditioning was super important for us too. The breakfast could include more fruits but otherwise quite okay!

Excellent accommodation, and functional..

Pleasant, sixth floor, nice room, with view and small balconies on two floors, one in the bedroom and one in the room where breakfast is served, which can therefore be taken on the terrace... the area is quiet, San Giovanni metro, ice cream parlors, shops , a good pizza restaurant a hundred meters away...

Very disappointing B&B

B&B that I don't recommend... In our room, number 3, we start from the bed, everything boarded up in the center is BREAKDOWN
The soundproofing of the rooms? INEXISTENT.
You could hear every single noise from the people next door.
The bathroom: extractor that didn't work at all, silicone in the shower completely black (and missing because after taking a shower the bathroom was flooded); shower full of limestone, especially the tubular one, flooring in the bathroom: the corner between the shower and the door without tiles but they are with mortar, toilet paper? There was a half-used roll. Shelf to place soaps or other things in the shower? Inexistent
Breakfast… all pre-packaged and purely industrial things
The only positive thing is the location.

Few days city-break

Friendliest most uncomplicated owners and comfy room. Add to that really tasty breakfast and the outcome is a perfect Rome city break stay. The room was spacious, bed comfortable. There was a private bathroom with super clean and nice towels. The kitchen offered breakfast set-up with coffee machine and milk frothing machine - option to make fresh orang juice, toast, and daily fresh bakery goods. There was milk and soya drink in the fridge as well as yoghurt and other breakfast items.
Owners did their absolute best to make our stay as comfy as possible, and their response rate was outstanding.

A nice stay but take cash

Overall a nice stay was very clean and a good breakfast that you could help yourself to. Apparantly it has changed management and they can not take card payments so make sure you take cash with you. Would recommend
