A beautiful opportunity at the gates of Rome

I often stay at this hotel, which is very convenient to reach by car as soon as you enter Rome from the Raccordo. Architecturally original structure, quiet environment and surrounded by greenery, clean rooms, adequate breakfast and, when I needed it, great dinner. Good value for money for a four star hotel

Avoid this hotel at all costs.
The location is terrible and felt unsafe at all times. The staff were rude and unhelpful, especially the woman at the front desk.
We had several rooms, and none of the showers drained properly, which made basic hygiene uncomfortable and frustrating. Rooms flooded. Front desk sent more towels to clean up water, did not fix problem or move any of our rooms. The hotel itself was dirty, and the overall value was awful.
Breakfast was a complete joke, very poor quality and not worth it at all. This place is absolutely not worth the money. You could not pay me to stay here again.

Very unpleasant staff, rude limit.Breakfast,very limit ,stale bread,infamous fruit juice,low-end deli etc....
Breakfast to banish.

Bad experience

This hotel does not correspond to a 4-star property; at most it can be considered a well-presented 2-star hotel. Unfortunately we had to stay there via a package purchased with a travel agency.
The rooms are small, the bathroom is small and even the beds are not suitable for families or those traveling with a lot of luggage. It may be good for couples or solo travelers with few suitcases, but it is not suitable for families, especially with children. If you are traveling with your family, I recommend investing a little more to avoid inconvenience.
The air conditioning is active only during the “hot season” (May to August), as explained to us by a receptionist in an unprofessional way, almost ridiculing our request, as if it were obvious. However, in another hotel in the center of Rome, at the same time, the air conditioning was fully functional.
As for the staff, the only really courteous and helpful member of staff was the waiter. The reception service is definitely in need of improvement.
Even the breakfast is not up to a standard above 3 stars.
The hotel’s location is very far from the main tourist attractions and the city center: be prepared to walk a lot or spend a lot on taxis or Ubers.
If you are considering this hotel through a travel agency, be careful.

Bad experience, don't go!!!

Malisimo hotel, the location is bad, away, outside the hotel there is nothing, decamped, there are no means of mobility to move easily to the center, the feisima rooms, girls, the bathrooms also, the breakfast very poor, and on top of the attention of one of the girls of reception very disgusting, others not. We had a dinner at the hotel with the tour group hired, very poor, very poor.. not worth at all this hotel.
