First of all its 5mins from Termini station.The room was good, comfortable and also clean.The service was even better,helpful and kind.I recommend it and its 100% value for money

good choice great value 10 minutes walk to Termini train station
Tatiana rents several small air-conditioned rooms. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable with private bathroom. A small refrigerator was moved into the room upon request. Easy walk to Termini train station for train directly to airport. Recommended.

Excellent place to stay in the heart of Rome city
Booking House Rome is an excellent place for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Rome. We stayed in one of the 3 room apartments for one night.6 members of our family and my little daughter enjoyed staying there. The rooms were very clean and well organized. The management took care of every single details.Ms Tatiana was very helpful form booking to check out. She took care of my request of early check in and gave us the apartment as early as 10 am. Which was a big help for us since we arrived Rome by very early morning flight. We highly recommend this place.

Diplorable! DO NOT STAY IN SUITE 7! Negatives: 1 room was locked and no key was provided. "Staff" did come and unlock it after calling for help. A package of cigarettes and a lighter left on the bed even though this was supposed to be a non-smoking suite (maybe a bonus to smokers but not to people allergic to smoke). Pungent cigarette smoke smell throughout. Ashtray FULL of cigarette butts left in the kitchen. Food left in the fridge. Kitchen drawer broke off in my hand. No lighter for the stove and it doesnt light automatically. No microwave. Toaster didnt work and did not fit into any universal adapter. No kettle. Mould almost everywhere. Electrical outlets and light switches falling out of the walls. No one onsite who spoke English to check in or check out. At checkout the "staff memeber" DEMANDED the keys at 0930 and watched us pack while making it clear she was impatiently waiting. Wifi only works in the hallway between rooms. No sink plugs work in the whole suite. One bedroom doorjam fell on my head as I walked through the door. The suite was absolutely FILTHY. The beds and towels were "clean and free of bedbugs" but did have some hair imbeded in them and smelled of vinegar. Minimal hot water (one person had a shower and then nothing) You have to pump the toilet 5 times to get it to flush. The smell in the bathroom is RANCID. Keeping the drains covered with towels and opening the window (which the rotten screen fell out) helped but was still very over powering. Bathroom sink stopper was stuck in when "staff" came to fix it she used the wine bottle opener to unclog the blockage. No onsite parking. Closest parkade is €35 per day. At one point someone entered our suite possibly to "clean" but really only took the garbage but then also left the door unlocked. The walls between floors are paper thin, we could hear the people upstairs were cleaning (vaccuuming specifically) at 1130 pm and up walking around in high heels at 4 am.
Positives: Great walkability to Metro. Cheap price. Has a very tiny but efficient lift (elevator). The space was very large.
Notes: We have travelled through most of Europe and have stayed in many places and try to always make the best of each location regardless of the amenities. This place was the absolute worst stay I have ever had in my entire life.

Private Room Within The City
(Booked Online exclude City Tax) Was drawn to the location, a short walking distance from Termini/Repubblica Station. Price was low for a private single room and bathroom. Room was very clean and comes with a mini fridge which was a plus for the summer! however the air-conditioning is poor, even at 18degrees it doesn't cool the room and it leaks water. Not a big issue for me really. Thank you for the wonderful service
