The staff and the premises were great! I loved all of the breakfast options and our room was clean and wonderful! I'd stay here again in the future!

I was pleasantly surprised by this property, after all it is a convent. The room was very clean though a bit spartan with a nice bathroom. It had all the modern conveniences (tv, etc...) and a comfortable bed. The staff was great and there was a lovely breakfast. The hotel is very safe. You need a key to get into the courtyard from the street and a key to get into the building at night. It is just outside the Aurelian Wall in the San Giovanni area. Its about a 20 min walk to the Baths of Caracalla and a 30 min walk to the Coliseum. There are taxis and Ubers if you dont want to walk.

Great hotel in the middle of Rome, I can only recommend it.

A really nice little hotel at a great price.
The staff were nice, the room was clean and the location was just great. The breakfast wasn't outstanding, but the friendliness of the staff made up for everything.
I would come back anytime!

Comfy room. Large windows we can open to get fresh air. 10ft high ceiling and a lot of natural light. Nice place well located. A place I would consider coming back.

As it's located away from hustle and bustle tour attractions, it's quiet at night but it's quite noisy during my stay because it seems it's under construction.(renovation or something, I guess)
Even though it's small spacious(I stayed a standard room for 5 nights), it has everything for one person. Lift, early check-in, minibar, a variety of breakfast, friendly staff, etc.
But, it has thin walls, so if you get noisy guests next to your room, which might annoy.
