We would not hesitate to stay again
We had a great experience with staff who are on site daily. Communication through WhatsApp is very easy. I had mistakenly booked part of my stay at Leoncino location but Armen was able to find a solution to put my whole family at Maddalena location. We stayed in Argento and Rubino rooms for 3 and 4 nights and Corallo room for a night. Minor issues include inconsistent water temperature and Corallo room had trouble locking. Since we were in that room only one night, I am not sure if problem was addressed. Otherwise, the rooms are clean and comfortable. No elevator but great AC. Entrance is a door between restaurants. You are in the vibrant Pantheon area which is fun. Understand the great location also means you can’t get a taxi or bus outside but there are options short walks away. We thank the staff for being friendly and accommodating. We felt safe throughout and loved walking out the door steps from the Pantheon.

Really nice facility. Very spacious for Rome standards. Issue was I had booked the Jr. Suite and when I arrived they put me in the smallest and hottest room they have. Staff was unable to figure out what happened. They moved me to a standard room which is a nice room. What upset me was that they did not offer me a partial refund for the smaller rooms. I still had to pay the rate of the Jr. Suite. Very disappointed in my stay. Unfortunately after staying at this property many times over the years, I will not be coming back.

Horror show!!!
This hotel is the biggest engode, I stayed in a loft that didn't tinhq place even to open the suitcase. We climbed four levels of stairs . A horror!!! That's why they don't put photos . The hotel door is in the middle of the trash of two bars. Fuck guy put a name like that.

Excellent location and quiet.
Wonderful 4-night stay in this perfectly located accommodation. Very spacious room (junior suite) with minibar and safe. Storage closet, very large and functional bathroom. Housekeeping is done every day.
Check-in is done autonomously with codes for the doors; it is quite well done even if the system malfunctions sometimes.
No visible staff... nor reachable!
The room is very quiet even though it faces the street; the double glazing works really well.
However, the kettle should be replaced as it is a bit outdated and does not match the charm of the room. The bed is not very comfortable, but after walking 15 km a day for our visits, we had no trouble falling asleep!
I highly recommend this hotel for its location and the tranquility of the room.

Worst hotel experience ever. We booked and got to the hotel and no one was at reception because it’s a remote hotel etc. they never emailed or sent codes or directions. Had a terrible time calling and talking to whoever it was. I have a six month old and she was exhausted crying and the guy was taking over 40 mins to get us the codes which ended up not working and it was a disaster(there is three different codes it’s way too tedious). After an hour we finally got into our room only to find out the AC doesn’t work it was muggy all night. Gets even better when the single person bed BROKE and my baby FELL! And the guy said there was NOTHING they could do until over five hours at 11am when we are supposed to be sleeping. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
