What can I say about this hotel because I went by the pictures before I booked and trust me it was false advertisement, the hotel did not look anything like it , firstly when our uber was getting near after our pick up I thought this area looks rough, gradfitti everywhere and a small tiny road leading to the only hotel on the street where all the shutters were down surrounding the hotel , the reception was smaller than a small office area , I thought ok we will wait till we go in our room maybe it will get better but oh no the room was the smallest room for 3 people , no wardrobe, no mirrors, no place to put the suitcases, nowhere to stand basically and when we opened the dusty curtains there was a whole train track , we was here for 3 night so we just couldn’t be bothered to look for another hotel and the other thing is it closes 10pm and you have to use your room key to get in good lucck

This is complicated. We had stayed at Crossroad Hotel before and found it to be excellent. This time, we did not have a great experience. The staff are very kind and accommodating, the room (we had a 3 person although we were only two people) was an excellent size. The fridge is at the widest part of the desk meaning you need to move the fridge to make use of the desk. Our room had a broken bathroom door handle (looks like screws to fix the handels were missing) and the water took a long time to come out hot from the sink tap. The shower was warm (if you put it to max). For one night we could put up with these inconveniences, but for more than that it would be a problem. The rumble from the trains for us was not a problem at all. It's background noise and to be honest its no worse than the traffic if you had a hotel on a busy street. I realise there is a cost in keeping a hotel in top-shape, and to keep the costs low enough to attract clients. I do hope that they can. It is a good hotel, the staff are excellent and the noise from the trains is not a problem. I hope they can make it the best place.

Weekend in Rome

Great hotel located near Roma Ostiense train station and the metro Piramide.
Friendly and super helpful staff for all needs. Highly recommended hotel as a strategic place.
