It worked for us. Being in the center of Rome and having accessibility to all the major attractions is very convinient.

Fabulous

What a great place to stay. Small and intimate, but the manager takes hospitality to a new level. Conveniently located literally two minutes from Trevi Fountain and within walking distance to Spanish Steps and Coliseum and/or Vatican.

To flee

Rarely seen an establishment display such a lack of consideration for its guests.
Following the cancellation of our flight due to an air strike, an event completely beyond our control, we courteously requested a simple solution: postponement, asset or commercial gesture. The answer was a dry refusal without any empathy.
Even after Booking.com intervenes, no openness, no understanding, no effort. Cashing in nearly €300 for a service that cannot be honoured due to force majeure obviously does not seem to pose any problem for this establishment.
Of course, the reservation was non-refundable, but behind a commercial policy normally lies a minimum of intelligence, flexibility and sense of service. None of that here. Only a cold rigidity and a very clear impression that the client is only considered a portfolio.
We travel regularly and understand the rules of the industry, but rarely have we seen such a level of closure and such a low commercial sense.
To flee if you expect anything other than a simple bank levy with no humanity behind.

Super stay

We really liked the establishment which is very well located (you can do everything on foot except the Vatican with the metro) and next to the Trevi Fountain.
Breakfast is very good with eggs on demand if desired.
We were also able to have breakfast in the room following an early departure.
We appreciated the kindness of our hosts who bend over backwards for us. ( taxi booked for the round trip).
The room is very comfortable.

Excellent stay!

Lovely place & very friendly hosts who went above and beyond! Ideal location, 2 minute walk from Trevi fountain, yet in a quieter area. We slept very well, not noisy at night! I stayed with my Dad and they ensured we had twin beds which I was grateful for. Only downside was the lift was broken during our stay and it is up a few flights of stairs! However, we had help with our luggage on arrival. Also the WiFi in our room kept dropping out but it wasn’t too much of an issue. The room was immaculate & a lot bigger than I expected. Everything we wanted to see whilst in Rome was within walking distance from the hotel, which was ideal. I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Rome!
