Easy access from Termini station.
Near the Park and Metro A "Vitorio Emanuele";
Excellent value for money for Rome.
Prima colazione is at the bar around the corner; there's a choice...

Poor

The only positive note is the convenient location to reach the main archaeological sites, museums etc. For the rest, the rather poor cleaning. Also We were not offered any breakfast. Recommended only for convenience. I wouldn't go back.

Pleasant stay in a quiet area of Rome

My mum and I stayed for 3 nights in May. We booked it close to Vittorio metro - unaware that this metro station is currently closed. The nearest is Manzoni - 9 min walk or Termini - 12 min walk. The accommodation was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Don’t bother booking breakfast as you have to go out to a local cafe and the voucher only allows you 7 euros each a day - we were allowed a coffee and croissant or toast. There are lots of other cafes nearby that you can go to instead. We found the accommodation expensive for a b&b. The rooms were a nice size but we did book a family room.

Filomena & friends..

Affittacamere situato a poca distanza dalla stazione termini. Camera pulita ed abbastanza accogliente. Soggiorno troppo bene per apprezzarne pregi e difetti. Nel complesso una buona soluzione. Purtroppo nelle ore notturne i dintorni verso la stazione termini non sono consigliabili, più tranquilla invece la zona via appia.

Guter Kontakt bei Buchung und Anreise.
Rezeption nicht dauerhaft besetzt.
Zimmer Richtung Innenhof etwas dunkel, hellhörig aber sauber, ausreichende Größe. Mt TV, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher mit Tee und Trinkgläser.
Frühstück mit Gutschein im Cafe um die Ecke.
