The hot water heater was out the last 2 days we stayed, had to get real inventive to get clean. Shows Air conditioning, one of the reasons we picked this location. Due to it being cold outside we were told the AC wont work and to open the window. Opening the window did fix the temperature however it also allowed all the outside noise in as the room sits directly above a restaurant/bar. They kept the place clean and stocked with essentials. Fantastic location.

Amazing location. Bathroom is worse for wear. But the review is because my son and I both got bed bug bites sleeping there. For sure bed bugs.

Staff No one to great you, had to wait close to an hour b4 anyone showed up. Also the lack of hot water was unacceptable and the loud and horrible smell was no great!

WiFi is Terrible. Does NOT reach the rooms despite many many calls and attempts.
I had to keep buying ice cube and put them in the refrigerator to keep my stuff cold.
