Poor

It is not a hotel but the three-star guesthouse. Effectively a stone's throw from Termini station. Easy access explained well. There is no one to check in. In my case no one has registered my documents which is a crime in Italy. Two apartments on the same floor each consisting of 4 rooms and shared kitchenette. Aseptic but clean rooms. You hear street noises at night and from the apartment if someone comes back late at night slamming the door. Hot water in the shower in my room comes out slowly, shower pole old and broken, pipe leaks water, low-level furniture half broken. Breakfast was a disappointment and almost non-existent. Never seen breakfast so poor. There is no buffet. For 6/8 guests served three ready-made partitions, no bread, no eggs, no cold cuts, just a few empty bar croissants and a couple of slices of dessert. Fruit yogurt, butter and jam packed all from supermarket. Good coffee. Better hotel.

Great option near Termini

It was only one night to stay near the station but was excellent stay. Fábio was super attentive with us and gave everything right from beginning to end! Super we indicate and will return as soon as possible!

I do not recommend anyone go and be careful not to leave your credit card.

It was the worst experience of my life. As soon as my mother, who is an elderly person, arrived, she was about to fall because the sink was leaking water. The owner, shouting, told me it was because we turned on the tap too hard. He was very aggressive. The next day he told me that everything was already solved and 4 days later, as soon as I left, as I wrote a bad review, he sent me messages insulting me and when he saw that I had reported it to Booking.com, he sent some fake photos of a broken sink as if we had done it we. The most usurious and false thing I have ever seen in my life. Now in the hands of my lawyers. Be careful not to leave your credit card. I do not recommend to anybody. I travel a lot for work and nothing like this has ever happened to me. The worst experience for my parents

Consigliatissimo per posizione pulizia e servizio.

Quando tornerò a Roma non avrò dubbio, prenoterò ancora al Giolitti Room. Stanze nuove conoscenze molto pulite, insonorizzate fa tutti i rumori esterni e sopratutto in posizione super strategica. La ragazza alla reception carinissima e anche quella che sistema le stanze. Disponibili ed educati. Colazione top con toast, brioche, cereali, cappuccino buonissimo. Davvero ve lo consiglio, non c’è ne pentirete. Famiglia Sapio
