Clean room and helpful owner.

Owner was intouch and was waiting at the door for us. The room was clean and had air conditioning. All of which worked but TV is only pay to view netflix etc. The room was OK for the price.

Don't opt total disaster, it is an old flat not hotel

Waste hotel, filthy room, bedsheets, pillow cover , smelly blocked dirty toilet, unethical management people to loot money, it's not a hotel, it's an old flat with a couple of dirty rooms to cheat tourists

Waste dirty room with broken waterless smelly toilet and used bedsheet /pillow

Waste hotel with a set of gundas, smelly room used pillow cover bedsheets, dirty floor, smellly broken closet, entire trip was ruined

Experience to be redone

Clean facility, a stone's throw from the train station, comfortable room without time problems. Close to the subway and bars-restaurants.
The owner is very kind and very helpful. If I were to go to Rome again I would stay here.
